It's not as easy as that, a Chromebook (Android OS) is not the same as a PC, and he is very paranoid after the PC bricking still. But even if we did take out the Chromebook, he still has his Kindle Fire and his phone.

You'd think with how fired up the reddit gets that that brain trust would crack the egg of getting Raxx off the internet.

I suspect they don't for three reasons:
1) most of them are teens or close to it, meaning they don't have the money, freedom of movement, or knowledge to do anything
2) they are just as useless and inept as Chance without the benefit of the doubt that youth provides.
3) they are typical Americans and thus lazy, entitled, enraged, but unwilling to do anything but complain like useless consumers. Raxx is just their version of boomerbook.

Someone from the old reddit sent his dickbeating nigger shouting clip with his full address and short history to every member of the Akron Mayor Council, nothing happened. Someone else was in talks with Jay from DAP and he promised to get raxx but he ghosted them too.

This got me thinking, and has probably been said Here before, but quite frankly, Cyraxx might just be a hive mind of bugs and bacteria taking the shape of a person.

He lives in filth. Everything he tries to do he does awfully. He emulates every behavior of his that doesn't produce dopamine. His personalities, his interactions with people, how he dresses, are just pale mockeries of what he thinks is normal human behavior. The outlier here being that he has no interest in actually learning these things, unless it produces dopamine for him.

The flashing lights and sounds from a video game. Vigorous pornography consumption, the (I'm guessing thrill) of sending unsolicited photos, etc.

I'm just musing my thoughts while at work, but the gist of it is that everything he does is a shitty imitation of normal human behavior.

In like 6-ish months you can probably convince him to run an APK that'll "protect his Chromebook from hackers." You'll have to install an insider and make a couple of purposefully, unsuccessful hacking attempts to prompt him to want to even do this. Have William make community posts about "going through the WiFi to brick the Chromebook." Scaremongering stuff, "We're getting closer, boy" every couple of days, eventually he'll broach the subject on Discord with one of his "long time brothers" and the insider can make the offer.
