As someone who had to have braces when they were younger, Invisalign isn't always an option. If your teeth are really fucked up, an orthodontist will probably recommend braces anyway, especially if you need appliances to give your teeth more room to settle in the proper position (as I did). With the absolutely ridiculous gap that Tony has going on between his two front teeth, let alone any other crooked ones in there, I have no doubt that he'd be forced to wear braces if he ever wants them fixed.
It's a pain, I won't deny that, but it's gotta be a lot less than cutting your dick off and dilating. He could have started this shit years ago and had a normal mouth by now, but that doesn't get him asspats on social media for being stunning and brave, so he continues to ignore it.

There's definitely some seething, manic energy coming across in those videos. We have to remember that Tony is a man who has to maintain an open wound via daily dilating, sp perhaps he's loaded to fuck on painkillers and took uppers to pull him out of an opioid slump. There are trans-identifying people out there who are honest about how shitty their lives are and who don't try to recruit. There are simply mentally-ill or groomed trannies who don't perpetuate the cycle. There is a real difference in theory and in practice between trans people and trans ideology.
