I don't think judge would be able to order someone like that to pay $5000 a week since that would be impossible on that wage.

If you're working 40 hours a week at minimum wage I don't see how the judge could honestly do anything about it without it being easily overruled on appeal.

In this tweet from February 9th, he basically tells us that one of his "inkaws" got too close to Aaron, started believing his "lies," and then convinced the rest of the in-laws to talk to the pastor about Rekieta.

Also, from what I gathered from Rekieta’s copestream, Aaron specifically started talking to the in-laws about April—and that’s what triggered them.

It's called being underemployed, and judges will get on your ass for it.

E.g.: a person with a medical degree formerly employed as a doctor who makes six figures decides after being divorced to quit their medical job to take a low paying retail job to "get back" at their spouse so they don't have to pay as much support. A judge will take notice at that and will respond along the lines of, "You know you're qualified to get a job that pays more than this, stop being a fucking asshole."

But... Rekieta got reported by one or more mandatory reporters. So at that point all this hatred directed at his inkaws is ill advised is it not? Hundreds of witnesses, dozens of genuinely concerned citizens, and sure some ill intentioned people arguably including Aaron.
But if Aaron was being a jilted bitch, and the inkaws are all regarded, as usual the Rekieta lies completely fail to actually explain the reality. Mandatory reporter mandatorily reported. Of course, it’s ill-advised—Rekieta clutches his book of grudges tighter than any dwarf could dream of.

From what I can tell, the fastest way to get your name inked into Rekieta’s little hate diary is to so much as breathe near Aaron. Aaron isn’t just a sore spot—he’s the love of Rekieta’s life. He can’t forget him, he can’t forget his genitalia, and he definitely can’t forget the goo eating. Rekieta, acting like the teenage girl he mentally never outgrew, simply can’t process rejection. So he spiraled into an obsessive hatred for anyone who dared to get close to his one true love, Aaron Imholte.
