but we still do need to have "due process", its part of the constitution
dude they ve been getting due process, they have a hearing the ordered deported. In fact what ice has been doing these last few months is rounding up criminals. And I do mean criminals as in they did a crime in addition to entering illegally, the last admin had no political will to deport these people, so ICE and company basically have a list of known illegals, where they live etc.
Also not only did the justice system have no incentive to deport these people. they would make the crossing and turn themselves in, then ask for an assylum claim. There are over 4 million claims and 700 judges to hear them. So they turn themselves in get processed were given a fucking SSN permission to work and fucking welfare. while they wait the 10 plus years it will take for their allyum claim to be herd. Then they just wait for another amnasty to be made legal.
I personally wish congress to pass a "amnasty" was a mistake bill stating that their can be no amnasty for the next 100 years. To basically remove the incentive that created this mess.
The maryland man who is was mistakenly sent to el salvador, was from el salvador, is a MS 13 gang member, Is a criminal who engaged in trafficking, and his wife of a restraining order on his ass.
The mistake was a judge agreed he couldnt go back to el salvador because his gang afflication makes him a target. so he was suppose to go anywhere but there. Its a retarded hill for anyone to die on.
The idea that ICE would just randomly swept up a US citizen is laughable, the idea that these people need a jury trial is laughable a judges can order and have ordered deportations.
Its like a kid asking for something be given it and trying to stall over and over again
