Most teachers who want to make a difference quickly get disillusioned and leave. The ones that stay after a few years are the ones just doing it for a steady paycheck.

Source: my wife, who was a teacher and now tutors to scratch her teaching itch, and her friends and family, many of whom are or were teachers. The shitty ones stayed, the good ones leave.

Is there a fix? Thanks to the rapid demographic shifts, I don’t advocate a white teacher working at public schools and it’s increasingly becoming the case for private schools thanks to muh vouchers. Homeschool is really becoming the only way to go and even my waifu’s shitlib friends are going the homeschool route. It’s not just for evangelicals anymore.
The endless hypocrisy of the shit lib lol. "The browns need educations just like our kids! Well...not MY kids!"

Libs interpret this kind of thing as cruelty, but they never thought twice about Biden saying it. So I really don't care if it bothers them now.
Seems like the corporate media opinion is that the DoJ should have called her to negotiate her own charges like they have done with other high profile arrests in the past.

"Hey, you know that thing we've been calling corruption for the last 4 decades? Can you start doing that for us as we obstruct everything you do?"

This is why you don't outsource your thinking to AI:

Someone asked what weapon a guard at the pope's funeral is holding:

The replies are full of idiots asking various AIs for the answer (the pictures are all mine and show the actual weapon that the AI says the one in the original picture is):

Only one AI actually got the right answer:

Note that the successful AI pulled the answer from a recent tweet (archive):

If a human hadn't answered the question, it would never had figured it out.

Your brand of valley girl racism is really obnoxious in a way I can't explain.
When you grow up like I did, all brands of racism taste pretty good.

I'm good with deporting ALL illegals, but we still do need to have "due process", its part of the constitution and the rationale behind it is pretty simple, its so we don't accidentally deport our own actual citizens into foreign countries, that'll create a whole headache of its own I don't think anyone wants to deal with.
We have due process. Someone identified as an illegal alien by ICE is given a chance to prove they have been misidentified and are in the country legally, i.e. by presenting their visa if they're a legal alien, their citizenship papers if they're a naturalized citizen, or their birth certificate if they're a natural born citizen. When they fail to produce any of these things, they are then deported to their country of origin.

Being merely identified as an illegal alien is not conviction of a crime, and being deported is not a punishment for a crime, so you don't get a trial by jury. You're not being deprived of life or liberty; you are merely being sent home.

I’m irritated by the lack of due process, I do think what Trump’s doing is unconstitutional.
I understand the empathy, but here's an important question you might not have asked yourself: What Due Process are Illegals entitled to when caught in the United States?

It does not mean a trial. That's what everyone assumes due to how often we use the term "due process" to mean "trial," but it most explicitly does not.

Comments to that 𝕏 post with high engagement (not logged in, using nitter.poast.org):
I'm guilty of this too but after watching the Tim Pool interviews with Sebastian Gorka and Kristi Noem, I'm willing to admit we're a little too impatient. It's only been 90 days. Noem hints things are coming. Gorka, who's a lot less reserved, comes right out and says it. Kash Patel has been spied on by Feds and had his home wiretapped like Trump's at behest of these Democrats. If the Democrats ever get back into power, Kash Patel is going to prison. Hands down. They threw Steve Bannon in jail. They threw Navarro in jail. All of these people are back in power with Trump. This is literally life and death for these people and they know if they lose, they're going to prison. I'm willing to give at least 1 year for something. Especially since we're getting hints they're going to go after Fauci.

This guy and his dress-up games. He's like a high school theater kid. "My country is at war so I cannot wear a suit." Who's ever heard such a thing? And he commits to this for years and years. Libs think it's fucking epic that he can't be bothered to get dressed.
While Trump is wearing blue like a fucking peasant. You wear black to a funeral. Zelenskyi is unironically better dressed for the occasion in this one. Doesn't matter if you wear a suit, no place for blue in a funeral.

They work for 2/3rds of the year, accomplish nothing (all children are illiterate and can't do math), and still complain about it while drawing pensions and 50 other benefits normal people don't have. Fuck teachers, they are spoiled rotten.

They make a shit salary, have to deal with children theyre expected to raise in lieu of their parents. Teachers are also expected to do tons of work outside of their work hours. Please enlighten me to their bevy of benefits. Aside from better retirement and cheaper healthcare what do they get? 'summer vacation' is a nice myth, too bad most teachers have to work through it at a second job, or just dealing with shit for their upcoming year. They truly make shit for money, ESPECIALLY post covid where prices have went up 200%. Also lets reiterate that theyre expected to put in so much time outside of working hours.

Use your thinking thoughts instead of a visceral gut reaction :/

I did. Because administration, bloated as it is, plus Illinois, tied my hands.

And I do NOT want wo worry that I might not come home after work because I either got injured/beat/killed or arrested for defending myself or doing the needful against some nigger or boon.

My thoughts about how teachers only work 2/3rds of the year and don't manage to teach any kids basic skills like literacy or math gave you a visceral gut reaction called "being mad about it," and that is OK. What's not OK is teachers acting like they're the real heroes when they are categorically failing as a profession and still rake in the bennies such as pensions that pretty much nobody else in society has these days. Also did I mention several times already that they only work 2/3rds of the year?

You're wrong, deep blue is an acceptable color to wear at a funeral. You might have a point if Trump was wearing a a bright color like Pink. A sweater on the other hand is completely unacceptable no matter the color.

Then why is Trump literally the only head of state that wore blue? The Vatican even had instructions:
Men were asked to wear a dark suit with a long black tie and a button of the same colour on the left lapel of the jacket (where Vatican honours can be placed). White shirts under jackets were permitted.

Prince William is getting (deserved) critique as well. Ought to know better.

So nothing about extreme unpaid overtime, being forced to work through your 1/3d time off because you dont make enough money, nothing about how teachers are expected to raise children instead of the parents. The profession itself draws in the mediocre because of the shit compensation and benefits. Ok so not using your thinking thoughs, thats ok we can move on.

Deep blue is a dark suit, you fucking retard. A dark suit doesn't just mean black, it means a darker color, which deep blue is. I know other people are retarded, that doesn't mean you can be just as retarded as them.
