My thoughts about how teachers only work 2/3rds of the year and don't manage to teach any kids basic skills like literacy or math gave you a visceral gut reaction called "being mad about it," and that is OK. What's not OK is teachers acting like they're the real heroes when they are categorically failing as a profession and still rake in the bennies such as pensions that pretty much nobody else in society has these days. Also did I mention several times already that they only work 2/3rds of the year?
they've been systematically fucked over by "No Child Left Behind", "Common Core", and lazy parents. I feel bad for the older ones and for the ones that want to do the job.
I get it, a lot of them are/were leftists. But, at the same time, when admin/districts force a hyper-fixation on standardized test scores, it kinda fucks over the kids who are already competent.
That and, well, the sheer amount of leftist cope over charter schools/private schools/schools without IDPOL shit. I've done work as a substitute before and it sucks when I realize that kids are just screwed over by niggers/shitty admins/shitty programs. The teachers are stuck because the ONLY disciplinary shit they can do is call the parents or give them some form of detention. The kids don't give a fuck. The good kids or salvable kids get fucked.
I can't blame the teachers, a lot of them are fucked over too. I blame the administrations, districts, and government. The fixation on standardized testing and "no child left behind" has utterly fucked up american education, which was already on a downwards spiral before the 2000s.
So nothing about extreme unpaid overtime, being forced to work through your 1/3d time off because you dont make enough money, nothing about how teachers are expected to raise children instead of the parents. The profession itself draws in the mediocre because of the shit compensation and benefits. Ok so not using your thinking thoughs, thats ok we can move on.
I mean, I get it. There are so many shit teachers and a lot of unaddressed cases of teacher-on-minor issues too.
But, well, it's a government job that attracts people. I've also noticed more and more "credentialization" in the field too.
Deep blue is a dark suit, you fucking retard. A dark suit doesn't just mean black, it means a darker color, which deep blue is. I know other people are retarded, that doesn't mean you can be just as retarded as them.
Deep Blue's been recognized as appropriate if the restrictions just mention "dark suit". This feels like the MSM trying to exacerbate "orang man bad" shit again.
