Possibly, but that news report of Trump making the 51st state comment in a call with Carney hitting the news is certainly strategically timed. I assume it is an attempt to make the remaining people froth at the mouth and vote Liberal out of spite. Possibly because internal polling isn't looking good. But that might just be me being optimistic.

It could go either way. Carney's been riding high on the perception that he was the diplomatic supergenius 'reigning in' Trump and its now been outed that Trump's just been clowning on him this whole time like he did with Trudeau. So I did notice that the NDP are running tonnes of ads in my local area. They all say basically the same things with that Rolex wearing street shitter front and centre saying "only the NDP has any chance of defeating the Conservatives in your area, for the future of Canada vote NDP"

Funny stuff, I think the Liberals may be weaker then the polls say but I'm not feeling that confident about a Con majority.
