A dozen other people with Google alerts have probably sent this to you already, but Nick failed an appeal against his sentence.

I mean, it's been less than a year of the 16-40 year sentence; give it time. At the very least, we can say this: no matter the amount of time, lolcows shall always be as dumb as they were when they first were talked about on this forum. Nick Bate is empirical proof of this.
