The "due process" narrative is the same thing as the "he crossed state lines with a gun" narrative for Kyle Rittenhouss. Something that (due to framing) appears at first glance to be true and allows fencesitters to take a """"moderate"""" position on a hot button issue while appearing informed. 'I agree he should be allowed to defend himself but he bought a gun across state lines to a protest' is 'I agree we should deport illegals but they should go through due process first'. Pure midwittery taken advantage of by the media.
Especially since by law the only required due process is three questions.

Question 1: Are you a citizen or legal resident of the USA.

If yes, end interview. If No, ask question 2.

Question 2: Do you have a valid Visa issued to you at a port of entry by the US government?

If yes,end of interview. If no, ask question 3.

Question 3: what country are you a citizen of?

If X, send person to X. If Y, send person to Y.

Due process given.

Technically judges should not even be part of this. Which is why every illegal claims refugee status. This is a loophole since as a signatory to the refugee charter, the USA is required to grant asylum for legitimate cases.

Trump should close that loop hole by just withdrawing from that treaty.

ICE has started deporting Illegals, along with their US citizen anchor babies. Media losing its mind. Zomg, US citizens getting sent to Honduras! Said US citizen is of course 2 years old and is sent in the custody of their parents, but details details.

The great thing about this is she wouldn't give custody to the father (an american citizen), which would have let the kid stay in the US. Women being women.

China Takes Vietnamese Island?
Having recently been to Vietnam, I can say with confidence that they fucking hate the chinks more than they hate anyone else and all this does is push them into the arm's of The West. It's going to be remarkable, and totally unheard of 30 years ago, when Vietnam, the US, and much of SE Asia start co-operating more, militarily.

I think it's time for me to stop watching bodycam videos. This black guy is loitering around a bank and the cops walk up to ask him what he's doing. He immediately pulls out a gun and shoots one, then takes cover and is eventually neutralized. The cop he shot is also black, and was killed. The shooter survived and won't get the death penalty because it happened in Illinois.
This is senseless enough and maybe I could just forget about it, if I didn't have a look at the cop's funeral fundraiser.

64k. Okay so what? Well then I remembered that chimped out nigger who stabbed the white kid at the track meet and then admitted he did it and claimed self defense with witnesses who were just confused as to what happened and why, raised 500 thousand dollars.
This sort of thing gets my mind turning. I start wondering how in the blue fuck we arrived at this point in the first place. Surely it's not just as simple as importing them to pick our cotton? It can't be that simple right? What in the fuck is going on? And why is everyone cheering for this murderer, ignoring dead cops, and not demanding the death penalty for all murderers?
Dante must Die mode: don't say jews.

A large segment of our society has been captured by a heretical religion. I will simply call it "Liberalism", but this really does not do it justice. Its more Liberalism taken to its logical conclusion. The "woke". A doomsday cult that views disorder and chaos as moral goods, humanity itself as a plague, and any sort of effort to make order from the chaos they create as unadulterated evils that must be resisted with every means, up too and including violence.

The "woke" give disturbing parallels to the Cathars. In that they make good moral arguments for their position, and then use that argument to justify social annihilation. Much like how the Church had to launch a Crusade against the Cathars, a Crusade against the woke may be required.

How are all these people in the U.S for like 30 years and still unable to understand or speak any English? My sister did a semester in France I assume to bang French guys and came back semi fluent.

I know ethnic enclaves are a thing but 30 years is a long time to not pick up even a few words.

Zero respect. That's all it is. The US is a economic zone, not actually home for the wetback. They still go back to Mexico plenty for the family get together and shit

Imagine trying to make this a story. Who actually feels sorry for people like this? This doesn't even have anything to do with Trump's crackdown.

Wife of US Coast Guard member arrested over expired visa after security check for military housing

WASHINGTON (AP) — The wife of an active-duty Coast Guardsman was arrested earlier this week by federal immigration authorities inside the family residential section of the U.S. Naval Air Station at Key West, Florida, after she was flagged in a routine security check, officials said Saturday.

“The spouse is not a member of the Coast Guard and was detained by Homeland Security Investigations pursuant to a lawful removal order,” said Coast Guard spokesperson Lt. Cmdr. Steve Roth in a statement confirming Thursday’s on-base arrest. “The Coast Guard works closely with HSI and others to enforce federal laws, including on immigration.”

According to a U.S. official, the woman’s work visa expired around 2017, and she was marked for removal from the United States a few years later. She and the Coast Guardsman were married early this year, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss an enforcement incident.

Though the Trump administration has made immigration arrests a top priority for federal law enforcement, it did not immediately appear the on-base arrest of the military spouse was part of a broader sweep.

The official said that when the woman and her Coast Guard husband were preparing to move into their on-base housing on Wednesday, they went to the visitor control center to get a pass so she could access the Key West installation. During the routine security screening required for base access, the woman’s name was flagged as a problem.

Base personnel contacted the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, which looked into the matter, said the official. NCIS and Coast Guard security personnel got permission from the base commander to enter the installation and then went to the Coast Guardsman’s home on Thursday, the official said. They were joined by personnel from Homeland Security Investigations, a unit within Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

HSI eventually took the spouse into custody, and the official said they believe she is still being detained. Officials did not provide the name of the country she is from.

The Coast Guard referred questions about the woman’s identity, immigration status and charges to ICE, which did not respond to a request for comment on Saturday. The Department of Homeland Security also did not respond to a request for comment.

The husband of the arrested woman is a Coast Guardsman assigned to the USCGC Mohawk, a 270-foot-long cutter based at Key West. The couple was moving into U.S. government housing at the nearby Naval Air Station.

An online database that tracks ship movements shows the Mohawk has been docked in its home port since mid-March. A March 16 media release says the ship had recently returned following a 70-day deployment to the Eastern Pacific Ocean on a mission to intercept shipments of illegal drugs.

In a statement, the Navy said that it “fully cooperated with federal law enforcement authorities on this matter. We take security and access at naval installations seriously.”

Bitch struck the gold mine. Marries a US citizen AND a member of Federal Uniformed Service. Yet still does not do the bare minimum requirement of applying for legal residency. This says to me it's not an actual marriage. Its one of those "marriages".

I gotta dig the African dude in the center to the below left of the Rock The Casbah video extras sporting the blue double-breasted suit.

Neither, if brown was good enough for Dutch I can't hate:

Sounds like your sister's tongue got a lot of practice on the French!
