A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Transgender women will no longer be able to play in women's football in England from 1 June, the Football Association has announced.

English football's governing body amended its rules last month, applying stricter eligibility criteria for transgender women to continue playing in women's football.

Following the UK Supreme Court's ruling that the legal definition of a woman is based on biological sex, the FA has scrapped that policy and banned transgender women from participating in women's football.

"This is a complex subject, and our position has always been that if there was a material change in law, science, or the operation of the policy in grassroots football then we would review it and change it if necessary," the FA said.

"We understand that this will be difficult for people who simply want to play the game they love in the gender by which they identify, and we are contacting the registered transgender women currently playing to explain the changes and how they can continue to stay involved in the game."

EXCLUSIVE DETAILS: German Trans-Identified Male Who Procured Children for Millionaire Pedophile to Rape Given Lenient Sentence Due to “Gender Identity”

In a shocking conclusion to one of Germany’s most depraved child abuse cases, a Munich court has handed down the sentences for a millionaire pedophile and his transgender accomplice who were involved in the depraved sexual abuse and trafficking of prepubescent girls.

A Munich court has ruled that 81-year-old millionaire Helmut Reiner Dorsch must serve 4 years and 4 months in prison for his role in the crime, while his transgender assistant, known only as Arbend S., will serve 5 years and 6 months for his role.

Reduxx can now exclusively reveal that Arbend, a 31-year-old male who identifies as a “trans woman,” received particular leniency in his sentencing due to his self-declared transgender status, with the court citing his “heightened prison sensitivity” as a mitigating factor.

The trial, which began in September of 2024 and spanned 46 days, exposed a sickening collaboration between Dorsch, a multi-millionaire, and Arbend, who procured young girls for Dorsch to abuse at his villa in Pullach, Munich. As previously reported by Reduxx, Dorsch had a preference for girls “as small and slim as possible,” often under 8 years old. He paid thousands of euros for them to be delivered to his mansion so that he could rape them.

Presiding judge Matthias Braumandl described the two as “symbiotically intertwined,” noting that Dorsch viewed children as “mere sexual objects” and displayed a “life-dominating obsession” with pedophilia. But Dorsch depended on Arbend to access his victims, who reportedly had a “remarkable ability” to gain children’s trust and lure them to Dorsch, according to Süddeutsche Zeitung.

The court established that Dorsch and Arbend met in 2018 through an online platform, where Dorsch paid Arbend for sexual services and repeatedly asked Arbend to procure children for abuse in exchange for thousands of euros. Arbend complied, and personally delivered children to Dorsch’s villa.

According to the public prosecutor’s office, Dorsch is said to have first sought out vulnerable mothers on the internet between 2005 and 2017 in order to coerce them into prostitution and making their daughters available for sexual abuse in exchange for money.

According to the Rheinische Post, at least two women handed their children over to him and were even present during the rape. In one of the sickening incidents, a 12-year-old girl was forced to call Dorsch “daddy” while he sexually abused her.

During another occasion, Arbend invited a friend with a 5-year-old daughter to Munich for a spa day, offering to watch the child while the unsuspecting mother enjoyed wellness treatments he had organized. While she was at the spa, Arbend took the girl to Dorsch’s estate. At the villa, Dorsch undressed the child, leaving her naked to walk around and then forced her to sit on his lap to abuse her. Dorsch paid Arbend €1,800 for this act. On another occasion, Arbend is said to have arranged for Dorsch to rape his 7-year-old cousin.

Arbend subsequently demanded more money from Dorsch, secretly recording him abusing children to use the footage as leverage in financial demands. By threatening to release the videos, he extorted an additional €200,000 from Dorsch.

The pair also planned a large-scale “child abuse program,” using drastic language about how they could rape six children at the same time and discussing details such as food provisions for their captive victims. Braumandl noted that this “orgy,” as the pair called it, was meticulously planned but fortunately never executed.

Arbend and Dorsch were taken into custody in June of 2023 after authorities began investigating Arbend’s online activity. A raid on Dorsch’s villa uncovered hundreds of child abuse recordings, including images of infants, while Arbend was found to have created child pornography by altering adult content.

Dorsch also contacted a woman through the online platform “mysugardaddy,” instructing her to visit his home dressed in childlike clothing and to role-play as his 8-year-old daughter. During the encounter, he showed her child pornography, played recordings of his own acts of child abuse, and attempted to pressure her into procuring children for him, offering payment. She refused and left.

On May 6, 2025, the 20th Criminal Chamber of Munich Regional Court I delivered its verdict. Dorsch was convicted of severe sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography, and planning sexual abuse of children, receiving 4 years and 4 months in prison. The court also considered Dorsch’s prior conviction for possessing child pornography, which resulted in a fine but did not deter his actions, a point Braumandl criticized for lacking sufficient investigative rigor, according to the press release from Munich Higher Regional Court.

Arbend was convicted of severe sexual abuse of children, forced prostitution, extortion, and producing child pornography. But despite the severity of his crimes, he was handed a prison sentence of just 5 years and 6 months, with the court citing his “heightened prison sensitivity” without further explanation.

Reduxx contacted the Press Office for Criminal Matters at the Munich Higher Regional Court to clarify the lenient sentencing. A court spokesperson confirmed that Arbend’s self-identification as a “trans woman“ was a factor in the consideration of “heightened prison sensitivity.”

The spokesperson stated that Judge Braumandl, during the oral justification of the verdict, noted “that he assumes a heightened prison sensitivity for a trans-person, so that pre-trial detention, unlike the usual case, exceptionally served as a mitigating factor in this instance.” It was further verified that Arbend is housed in a men’s prison but was addressed with feminine pronouns throughout the trial, per his request.


The decision to take Arbend’s transgender identity into consideration for sentencing comes as Germany’s Self-Determination Act, in force since November 2024, has come under increasing scrutiny. The law allows individuals to change their name and legal sex with a simple declaration at the registry office, even while incarcerated.

A similar case reported by Reduxx in March highlights ongoing concerns about Germany’s judicial approach to trans-identified offenders.

In Gießen, a 42-year-old trans-identified male, known as “Sophie KoKo,” received 10 months probation for exposing his genitals to migrant children, soliciting them for sexual abuse, and spraying them with urine, with the court citing his actions as an attempt to “affirm his femininity.”

Like Arbend’s case, KoKo’s self-declared transgender status resulted in a lenient sentence, raising alarms about prioritizing perpetrators’ identities over child safety under Germany’s Self-Determination Act.

The Police Affairs Bureau initially dropped the case against the police, but in March the Attorney General reversed the decision and ordered more investigations.
They have now investigated further and closed the case again. They believe that it has not been proven that a criminal offence has been committed.
The murder of Oliver Ravn Rønning occurred in November 2023. Rønning was killed by repeated blows to the head with a bat.
The investigation shows that the police attempted to implement protective measures for the victim throughout the fall, but that the person in question did not want to accept the help and instead returned to his partner.
The Bureau concludes that the police district cannot be held criminally liable for having neglected its duty to prevent serious violations or protect the victim's health and life.
The now 19-year-old spouse has acknowledged the facts, but denies criminal responsibility and has claimed that the murder occurred in self-defense.

N.S. Health works to expand access to youth gender-affirming care across province / Archive

Nova Scotia Health is working to expand access to youth gender-affirming care in the province by replicating a clinic model introduced in the Annapolis Valley last year.

In February 2024, a youth clinic dedicated to providing this kind of health care opened in Kentville. Then another opened this March in Bridgewater, with more clinics in the works.

"Accessing gender-affirming care isn't just a city thing or an urban thing," said mental health clinician Julien Davis, who is also trans.

"We exist in rural settings as well and … ideally should be able to access that care wherever we're at."

The clinics provide puberty blocker and hormone therapy treatments to youth who have hit puberty, up to age 16. Children and their families can also be referred ahead of puberty to discuss questions and concerns.

Puberty blockers are a reversible treatment that temporarily stop the progression of puberty, providing a child with more time to explore their identity — for example through clothing — without the distress that can come with going through developmental changes.

The blockers are not a new treatment, and have also been used for children who undergo puberty too early.

Hormone therapy is partially reversible and involves prescribing hormones like estrogen or testosterone to help trans and gender-diverse people develop physical characteristics that are aligned with their gender.

"These are medical treatments that have existed for a long time and they are available and safe for youth to access," said Becca Macdougall, a mental health clinician who sometimes refers patients and their families to the Kentville clinic.

According to the Canadian Paediatric Society, gender-affirming care — health care that supports a person's gender identity — is the standard of care for trans and gender-diverse youth.

The clinics operate under an interdisciplinary model, with pediatrics, mental health, nursing and pharmacy practitioners involved.

Davis said the inclusion of nursing support is a unique feature. Nurses can help administer treatments that require injections, for example, but also teach youth how to do it safely themselves.

The goal is to open clinics across Nova Scotia based on the Kentville model, which Nova Scotia Health said was the first of its kind in the province outside of the IWK, while being tailored to local needs.

According to Davis, who helped start the Kentville clinic, it's likely the next clinic to open will be in Sydney. That's because of the health-care professionals and resources already in place there.

Nova Scotia Health is also looking at Antigonish and southwest Nova Scotia as possible locations.

Staff with the health authority travelled to communities throughout the province last year to discuss local needs, Davis said.

Hiring is also in progress for a gender-affirming care co-ordinator, who will help roll out the new clinics and engage with partners.

The founder of the Cape Breton Transgender Network said there's a need for these clinics, calling it a "very good move" to have multiple services under one roof.

"It's been difficult for a lot of folks who have to go to multiple different places [to access gender-affirming care], often having to go to Halifax," said Veronica Merryfield. "Those services need to be more localised."

She added that many families can't afford to take time off work to go to Halifax and back.

A referral from a primary-care provider — including through virtual care — and a readiness assessment for hormone therapy are required for patients to access the clinic's services.

The assessment can be conducted either by a private mental health clinician or publicly through Nova Scotia Health's mental health and addictions intake process.

Merryfield did express concern that the clinics could draw hate. In recent years the provision of gender-affirming care for youth has become increasingly politicized.

"I'm hoping that these facilities are inside … another [Nova Scotia Health] facility," Merryfield said, to avoid drawing unwanted attention.

While negative rhetoric is out there, for Davis it's the youth who use the clinic that he listens to most closely. He said the Kentville clinic has heard nothing but positive feedback from those youth and their families.

UK: Transgender Pedophile Avoids Jail For Second Time Due To Identity After Breaching Sexual Harm Prevention Order

A trans-identified pedophile has avoided prison for a second time because of his “identity,” despite breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order that was in place due to his previous child sex offenses.

Peter Selby, 71, first appeared in court in June of 2022 and was found guilty on three counts of making indecent images of children, and one count of possessing extreme pornography. The sex offender had a stash of 125,000 disturbing child sexual abuse images and videos on his computer, some of which featured children as young as three-years-old, and at least one featuring an adult engaging in bestaility. He had previously been sent to prison for four months in 1992, after being convicted on two counts of indecent assault.

Despite the fact that the judge at the time could have sentenced him to a maximum of 10 years in prison for his crimes, he instead received a slap on the wrist sentence of just 14 months, to be suspended for two years. The judge claimed that if Selby, who identified as transgender, was put in prison, the “impact of custody would be significant” for him, thus she determined he was safer living in the community, where he was determined by a pre-sentencing report to be “manageable.”

Along with his suspended sentence, Selby was placed on the sex offenders register and made to sign a SHPO, stopping him from using any in-private browsing on his computer, or downloading VPN software that could hide his crimes, for the next 10 years. The lenient sentence prompted outrage at the time, prompting Conservative peer Baroness Nicholson to call for a review. She condemned the decision as representative of a “disregard” for child safety and speculated whether the judge had “overlooked” matters of child protection. Despite the uproar, Selby’s sentence remained suspended.

But less than a year later, in March of 2023, police visited Selby’s home to conduct a risk review, and discovered that Selby had downloaded VPN software intended to conceal his internet activity. Selby pled guilty to a breach of his SHPO, and appeared in front of Judge Robert Adams, wearing lipstick and with visible fake breasts, at Newcastle Crown Court on Tuesday.

Selby claimed that he had health difficulties, including problems with his memory, and told the court that he had no memory of downloading the VPN software to his laptop. No new child sexual abuse images were discovered on his laptop.

“A VPN had been downloaded, which was active and could be used to mask internet identity or IP address when accessing sites on the internet,” Judge Adams said. “For obvious reasons, bearing in mind your previous convictions, that was a requirement of the SHPO, to make it difficult, if you were tempted, to re-offend in the way you had before.”

Even though Adams found he breached the SHPO, Selby’s transgender status enabled him to stay out of custody again.

“You have been wearing women’s clothing for the last 30 years,” Adams said. “Your family has distanced themselves from you as a result. You have no history of drug use and no drinking since 2013,” he continued. Because Selby had not offended again in the last two years, and that he would “undoubtedly be at risk of physical or sexual assault in custody because of [his] presentation in a male prison,” he got off with a 10 month sentence, suspended for 18 months, along with a £100 fine and rehabilitation program requirements.

This is not the first time a trans-identified male pedophile has been allowed to walk free in the United Kingdom.

As previously reported by Reduxx, a trans-identified male who was convicted of possessing horrific child abuse material, some of which was in the most severe classification, was spared jail time after the court stated he was “cooperative” during proceedings. Tanya Howes, 66, was allowed to walk free despite living adjacent to a children’s park.

Howes pleaded guilty in May of 2023 to three counts of “possessing indecent photographs of a child” and a separate charge for possessing 100 “extreme” and “grossly offensive” pornographic images and videos. Of the images in Howes’ possession, 29 were classified as Category C, 17 as Category B, and 39 as Category A, which is the most serious type of child sexual abuse media. Images and video in this category can depict penetrative sexual activity, bestiality, and/or sexual sadism.

The Eastern Daily Press, which referred to Howes by “she/her” pronouns, reported that the Norwich Magistrates Court acknowledged that some of the children in the photos possessed by Howes were being subjected to “horrific acts.”

Despite the severity of the crime, the magistrates decided to allow Howes to remain free in the community as they handed him a 12 month suspended jail term.
