Niggers Eating Cornstarch - And any other weird nigger food related shit

This picture makes more (:stress:) sense now that I've read this thread.

Black Spaghetti vs Italian Spaghetti. Someone on Twitter posted this horrific clip of niggers criticizing authentic Italian made spaghetti cause of "no seezunins":

And I took the liberty of downloading the whole video, which is from "Cocoa Butter" which describes itself as:
Cocoa Butter is a Black culture and entertainment channel created to provide a safe space for people of color on the internet to consume humorous, informative, and uplifting content. This channel is bold, funny, and not afraid to take risks. We have a responsibility to accurately represent people of color and we strive at that by creating content that showcases people of color authentically. We don’t just do it for the culture, we ARE the culture.

I fear this channel is gonna be a huge source of content for this thread, but I honestly don't have the stomach to go and watch some of this shit.

In B4 someone points out that isn't authentic Italian, as no Italian worth their salt would serve pasta with the sauce dumped on top (the pasta will get cold quicky and it doesn't taste as good as cooking the pasta with the sauce as you finish it so it coats it), Bonus food autism points to me for also pointing out that Bolognese should really be served with tagliatelle, and not spaghetti (which is associated with Naples and not Bologna.)

This isn't just a black people problem by the way. I've seen white Americans crying about food in Italy as it doesn't have the 5 tons of fat, sugar, and corn-starch like the versions they eat at home.

Having said that, I'd take "Italian"-American slop over whatever heart attack inducing garbage the basketball enjoyers in those videos would serve me.

Are you unironically a nigger? You constantly shit up this thread with your shit food takes and hate for America. You know how many people read this thread who are 2, 1 or 0 generations removed from Italy? They were bringing this from home and most likely had the sauce and pasta separate so as to not make it soggy while traveling. My grandma would put a LITTLE bit of sauce to mix into the main pasta then you'd add more as you like. There really are no hard and fast rules with Italian food beyond using fresh ingredients and making sure it tastes good. These are all images from restaurants in Italy.

That's what I said, but poorly. You wouldn't put plain pasta on the plate then add the sauce on top like in the video. The last image is not plain pasta and will have been cooked in a sauce of some form

Plus, when people emigrate they adapt to local ingredients and expectations pretty quickly. See Indian and Chinese food in the west vs what they serve in their home counties.

I've travelled around Italy and eaten there there. I love their food.

In the UK and US we just don't do it like them, even the restaurants I go to that were started by people straight off the pasta boat three generations ago aren't up to the same standard.

Plus, you're nan was probably lying to you and she was probably Polish or something.

Why are you booing him? He's right. Traditionally you finish the pasta inside the sauce. Just dumping shit on top of a plate of plain pasta is weird.

My "Italians-Americans aren't remotely Italian and are the worst form of LARPers" message underlying it I think they are objecting to.

I need to see a basketball enjoyer make their version of a Bolognese to cleanse my pallet and restore order to the thread now.

Italians LOVE fat, its just not the lowest quality oil you can press from foodwaste.
they also dont use MSG and other enhancers to mask the low quality.

there are aloot of horrible tourist restaurants in italy. they have different pasta for different sauce, based on how thick and chunky the sauce is.

spaghetti is not used that much in Italy because it doesnt take sauce well.

What they did to Carbonara isjust the worst. there is also no reason to turn bacon and egg pasta into something involving creme...

I can see using that in an emergency but the GOAT is anchovy paste. Or some kind of Italian fish sauce like coloratura. It's also hard to imagine an emergency where you somehow have MSG but not at least three something betters.

Colatura is great with linguine.

Carbonara is an American dish that USGIs brought to Italy during WWII. The American version is the authentic one.

Also, Italian "carbonara" doesn't have bacon (pork belly), it has guanciale (pork cheek).

If RFK Jr. banned corn syrup and Lawry's seasoning salt would all of our niggers starve to death?
Corn syrup would upend a few industries for awhile, especially the ones our melanated cousins prefer: $1 a gallon corn syrup drinks with chemical dye, malt liquor and cheap beer, nearly every processed food product under the sun, candy, bread, sauces, soda, canned goods, etc. If you can imagine it, it probably has corn syrup, HF corn syrup, or corn syrup solids in it. Sometimes all three!

Meanwhile, Lawrys alone being banned wouldn't hurt them, McCormick would still be around. Even if they were banned they'd figure out a replacement pretty fast; I can give that to them at least, the idea of "much seezunin mixchuh" isn't rare among them, even though they usually aren't anything but salt, garlic, and cayenne.
