She/boyfriend-manager (it's unclear who) was shit talking her friends (other vtubers) behind their backs to the artist and trying to gaslight the artist into canceling her friend's projects.

the TLDR is that rather than pushing for actual exclusivity, they were just trying to push the artist to blacklist certain other people. in the conversations they say to her "you can continue working with your other clients, just not X Y and Z"

Not actually offering to pay that artist for exclusivity just saying that if those people request work, turn them down, and we'll comission you for something to compensate that lost work.

It gets drama filled because several of the 'blacklisted" individuals were people the girl was friends with publicly and she was just trying to kneecap them behind the scenes while playing nice up front. receipts showing that at the exact same time conversations were going on to get the artist to cancel their work with a girl, while at that same time DMing that same girl "omg I love you so much you're so cute I love that we have the same artist <3"

Very run of the mill catty bitch woman behavior, just amusing to watch it blow up in her face now when many of the people she wronged were not only her friend group but also her direct business partners (sharing ownership of the company Gamersupps)

Basically, Sinder's manager/boyfriend, REDACTED, emotionally manipulated Sinder's model artist, Nanoless, to only do work for Sinder by guilt tripping Nano. Saying stuff like "these talents can get other artists", "if you aren't making stuff for Sinder, you make her sad", and stuff like that. Nanoless cares alot for her friends and her clients, so with Sinder being one of the first REALLY BIG vtubers to explode partially thanks to Nano's model, it presumably was overwhelming for Nano be told these things. So there were many points where talents would have their upcoming models canceled due to 'health reasons', when in reality it was RED coercing Nano to cancel. Plus, Sinder presumably has been stealing ideas from other vtubers to increase the size of her brand. One vtuber (forget which it was) that had, like, three different outfits basically plagiarized by Sinder.
