Cope is a hell of a drug.
And, you know, opioids.
A study published in
JAMA Surgery found that approximately 80% of patients filled an opioid prescription within seven days after surgeries such as carpal tunnel release, hernia repair, knee arthroscopy, or gallbladder removal. Similarly, a Mayo Clinic survey indicated that 92% of patients discharged after surgery received an opioid prescription, with 63% of the prescribed opioids remaining unused.
Even patients who have not used opioids before surgery are at risk of prolonged use. A study involving over 36,000 adults found that 6% of opioid-naive patients continued using opioids three months after surgery . In Ontario, Canada, a cohort study reported that 3% of opioid-naive patients continued opioid use three months post-major elective surgery.
Risk factors for persistent opioid use include a history of substance use disorder, mental health conditions like anxiety or depression, female sex, and low socioeconomic status. Trannies usually fall into 4 of these categories and pooners usually fall into all 5.
The development of opioid use disorder (OUD) after surgery is a serious concern. A study of 35,335 opioid-naive surgical patients found that 0.19% developed opioid dependence or overdose, with the highest risk occurring 1 to 2 years after surgery . Factors contributing to this risk include prolonged opioid use (90 to 360 days post-surgery), older age, and the type of surgical procedure.
There is limited but growing research on opioid prescriptions and potential misuse among individuals undergoing what is known as the contents of this thread, or gender-affirming genital surgery (GAGS). No, really.
A study on postoperative opioid use following gender-affirming mastectomy (GAM) found that:
- 87.5% of patients used opioids after surgery, with a median consumption of 10 tablets (range: 3–15) (Source).
- 63.4% felt their prescription size was appropriate, and 28.2% felt it was excessive.
- Over 60% consumed fewer opioids than prescribed, and 94.4% used non-opioid pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
There’s a real chance these idiots are giving themselves lifelong opioid addictions.
And lowering their threshold for what constitutes necessary surgery as their brains search for more heroin. Tranny commentators like ContraPoints joke about being “opioid addicts” but their reality is often some Ethan Ralph type shit.
Looks like someone fucked a raw chicken, but didn’t do it bareback, and now the condom is stuck between the thing’s ribs.
It looks like foreskin shaped into an asshole, or an asshole shaped into foreskin, or the phimosis in Destiny’s nudes. Either way, it isn’t female.
Apparently a man’s pee, along with his vagina, is stored in the balls.
