Does anyone here follow the the NHL? Nicholas Deorio said iDubbbz could lose his venue if the Tampa Bay Lightning make it to the finals, but I couldn't find any concrete answer. I assume the venue owners are smart enough not to book an event that could conflict with the venue's main purpose, right? Last year's final series went down to the final game of a best-of-7, and the last game was held on June 24th. Do the playoffs ever spill over into July if there are a lot of 7-game series or something? Or was Deorio just repeating some bullshit from his chat?

But I guess the series started way later than usual in 2021, probably some COVID shit? I used to follow another sport, and I can remember a few instances where games had to be moved because of a previously booked event at the stadium. But I'm guessing it would be harder to do that for the NHL since you need a regulation ice rink to play the game at all. Would they just give the opponent home-field advantage if the Lightning didn't have a venue of their own to use? Is there even any chance that this is a concern at all, or am I just a retard?

Based on my experience of knowing people in this situation they will sometimes get existing pieces reworked into new (hopefully less shit) designs but a lot of the time they get 'blackout' tattoos to cover up the old shitty stuff they no longer like. They look like this and are absolutely horrendous:

I can also say from personal experience that this would be agony to get done. Solid black in a tattoo, even in small areas, is a miserable experience because if you want it done properly it means going over the same area again and again to ensure full coverage, so the skin is red raw and physically throbbing by the time it's done.
