Trannies already outcompete in several categories, but if "ruining gender nonconformity" was an Olympic sport I think they'd have a bit of an unfair advantage due to their lower brain mass and superiority complexes.

Rating you late because this goes allllllllll the way back to 'everybody is gay for Bridget' from long, long ago. As somebody who's been kicked out of pretty much every FGC group he was in for hating troons it's definitely getting worse and worse. Even the older games like +R aren't immune to the troonification of its 'playerbase' (who mostly just sit around all day talking about how horny they are for X/Y/Z characters).
Naw, like with many things, Strive went and enshittified the series by deciding that Bridget was T&H wahmans and that Test ascended beyond 'gender'. The series, while I love it, always attracted perverts, but with that game's revision of the two characters it exploded in popularity amongst trannies.

I have no clue, personally. While I'm not particularly good at any of the games I play, I was in my own time very involved with my local scenes, and the kind of behavior I'd see out of retards in adjacent ones was constantly forgiven for no other reasons I could determine apart from "they're good at pressing the buttons". Fighting games in general tend to attract eccentrics, and now that trannies are in the mix in-person events just aren't the same. It's easy enough to just show up, shut up, sit down, and play your matches out, but in my own experience it became increasingly difficult to find a sense of true community with all of these faggots showing up demanding to be pampered and crying over the slightest microaggression, to the point that it has become entirely untenable. Showing up and playing your best is well and good, but the best parts of events were always everything afterwards; getting drunk, stomping around town, and doing mostly everything else but the playing. But now you have to walk on eggshells to not get kicked out.
Well, trannies are pedos, and there's a reason they spring for your Bridgets, Felixes, and Astolfos. They look like children (and oftentimes are), and they're incredibly feminine. They aren't the kind of gay where they go for men, and I assume it's because they're too 'ugly' for their tastes (ironic, considering). You never see them going for any anime 'drag queen' characters for a reason.
The archetype I mention of the evil twink existed since some time in anime and manga. Some of them do look feminine like that, but their personalities are dangerous instead of wholesome. Many troons are weebs, but they do not seem to know much of this archetype (Griffith from Berserk is an example but not the only one, and it does appear in questionable female oriented media)

Oh I know. '+R' is just sort of the catch-all for XX since it's (mostly) the revision of that game that people (including me) play. Like I'd said, 'Everybody Is Gay For Bridget' goes back decades.
Just wanted to make sure the context on how old the character really was is clear. Femboy crossdressers and even the term femboy was spawned in the late 90's, so GG being who they are based a character on the concept.
Also prominent during that time were shows with 'bishi' anime dudes, or series featuring a 'team' of them. YYH was one of the bigger ones among Western normies, itself funnily enough being very based on the issue of trannies before it was an 'issue' (when you were allowed to bully them into being normal).
