Notice how absolutely nothing has changed. There has been no new revelation, no ace under the sleeve, nothing.
All Destiny has managed to argue was that due to technicalities he MIGHT not actually suffer anything.
At the beginning of the situation, I admit that I was a little nervous, as Dan, RTBA, Destiny, Kyla, etc. were all acting like "you don't know the full story", as if there was some sort of big revelation that would change everything, but notice how that never came.
Destiny's entire ace under the sleeve was "nuh-uh", and as time has gone on not only did we acquire proof that the audios of him secretly recording people exist, but that he has sharing porn of other girls to many other women.
The reason why Footsoldiers are acting like this is a win, or that Destiny actually made a valid argument about anything, proving his innocence, is because they simply want it to be, they want to believe.

He streamed on January 23 to directly address the rumors and cut ties with Destiny. It's members only and very little of it got clipped so I don't have any direct quotes and I can't confirm just how strongly Pisco may have criticized Destiny. You can treat my use of the word 'denounce' as a rephrasing of what others were saying, that Pisco threw Destiny under the bus.
I didn't watch all of it live, but he was crying and did cut ties, but he didn't mention him by name.
What's interesting is that jstlk affirms that Pisco 100% knew about the Pxie situation, and the full extent of it, before January 20th, so Pisco was lying about it being some huge revelation to him.
More importantly tho. Pisco unfollowed Destiny shortly after the stream, however, he also refollowed him in the coming days if I'm not mistaken.
Destiny has also continued to support Pisco by retweeting him, retweeting Jo (TheSillySerious), and reacting to his appearances. Pisco, very notably avoids mentioning Destiny by name, but has repeatedly sweeped for him by calling his actions "a huge mistake" (or something along those lines), when Destiny's actions are anything but a mistake, he deliberately, and purposely, has secretly recorded multiple people, and spread sextapes without consent, this isn't an "oopsie".
A man who refuses to take any accountability about his wrong doings is EVERYTHING but remorseful.
I will point out, that often times Footsies, and people like Kyla, justify Destiny's actions by saying "well of course he's not going to act remorseful, he's getting sued. What do you expect him to do? lie down and accept it?" YES, QUITE LITERALLY YES. If he was truly remorseful he would pay for his actions, but he doesn't want to, because he GENUINELY doesn't think he did anything wrong. He has genuinely acted like a sociopath, there is ZERO remorse in him.
He has continued, without fail, only looked out for himself. And the biggest evidence of how he doesn't actually care about the situation, or consider himself to be a victim, it's the fact that he's hiding and protecting Rose.
He knows the worst thing that can happen to him is for Rose to be found, not only because she was obviously underaged, but because Rose will throw him under the bus to save herself when she's found.
I know people aren't doing it on purpose, but I want to implore everyone to avoid calling it nudes. Call it sextape/porn/revenge porn.

Working on a few little things, but I'm considering making a 3d model of Rose's head/face, and using Autodesk Maya to make her look realistic, that way we would be able to have her face from multiple angles. The problem, is that to easily/accurately make a face of someone you need at least two angles, a profile view and a front view (best case scenario).
I have a 3/4 view (which is almost as good as a front one), thanks to the two good pictures we have of her, I need, preferably a good profile view to make it work, but there doesn't seem to be any.
I think I can still do it, but it will take time, and I'm not sure if I can manage a 100% likeness with what we have, but I can try.

I often think of that Footsie that emailed me, which I do believe was either Radon (idreamofpikas) or the DavidJoneslol dude, in what he said, about that me and the thread hating him so much that instead of demotivating him we actually encourage him. And that we are having the opposite effect as what we say about him doesn't actually get to him.
Obviously, I entirely disagree and think that guy is a retard. Destiny is affected by the thread, it gets to him, the simple proof is in his deep hatred for Kuihman, despite Kuihman only being a memer. Why doe he hate him so much? because he mentions things about the thread, and because he made fun of his molestation.
(Also, the emailer was a retard and didn't even know that Destiny had actually been raped/molested as a kid, so he clearly didn't know what he was talking about.)
Destiny is getting out all of his frustration that he feels about the thread on the only people that he thinks he can actually hurt.
I mention this because unlike Destiny, the more he dunks on Pxie, the more he acts smug, the more he attacks the girls and the people helping them, the more he tries to present himself as not being a sociopath and trying to get himself in positions of power over other people: I do get obsessed, I do get motivated to keep going, I do escalate.
