Phil claims he has a herniated disc and its why he has to take a break every 45 min - 1h to get up and move around.
What he generally does when he is up and moves around is going to the bathroom, not always, but often, isn't it possible that he has some urinal problems, e.g. incontinence, but blames it on the back because it's too humiliating for him?

Considering it's theoretical at best, I'd change 'probably' to 'possibly'

He drinks those Mountain Dew energy drinks and has gamer fuel like powders he adds to his water bottles, he is probably pissing like a racehorse, also, if he had a herniated disk the pain would be awful for him, I have seen him dancing..he doesn't have a herniated disk, he has weak back muscles from not moving around and probably spasms from it.

That he supposedly have a herniated disc was busted a long time ago.
Im a heavy drinker, not alcohol, and i dont have to run to the bathroom close to what he does, he can go 4-5 times in a few hours, 1 stream.

He probably drinks tons of diuretic drinks off camera as well.
He admitted himself that the herniated disc was a lie when he told people about it in a vlog 3-4 years ago, still remember how he talked about what a special case he was so they need to invent a completely new form of surgery just for him and it wasn't a garante the he would be completely fine after it since he had talked with people who have had the surgery...

Surgery is a last way out with herniated discs and he looked to good and mobile for that.

Just watched LTGs rant about Capcom nerfing Urien... that guy is more alike DSP than he wants to admit.

He's making for money with his new CPM but they don't provide the extra services Machinima did like protect him from nintendo claims. So he's not better off he's just sacrificed some of the perks for more money.

When I saw that video I cringed. He spent way more money than he needed to to plunge a toilet. Five bucks for a regular plunger woulda been fine. Not to mention I dont think he realized that Pandas used maxi pads were in the trashcan next to the bowl when he filmed..

Regarding back spasms: what exactly did he mean when he said if he had one while driving he could die?

Also: tremors are another side effect of that drug I've mentioned. That drug is used off label to treat incontinence too.
