SUFFAH BRITISH! May you be tormented by thousands year of that immigrant smell. (gross.)

He capitulated and blocked the site in England out of fear of not being able to travel in Europe, how is that a win?
That's not what it was about at all. England is free to enforce its own laws within its own borders, which was why Null complied. The further issue was that ofcom wanted to extend their jurisdiction beyond that and stop Null (and anybody they want, really) from operating anywhere (read: outside the jurisdiction of the UK).

Why not let them have to do the work of blocking the site, then? If Null is really such a gun-totin', freedumb-lovin' Burgerland patriot who doesn't give a fuck about what His Majesty's government thinks, why even bother responding? It's pretty clear that behind the bravado he's afraid of the consequences, presumably further financial and/or hosting difficulties, that could hit the Farms if OFCOM decides to seriously go after him. There's nothing shameful about that; I just wish he'd drop the gayfabe.

I don't recall Null lamenting anything about being unable to travel to or within the UK. Dude fucking hates that country. He blocked the Farms to UK visitors not to comply with their fangless demands but to highlight to any KF users in the country exactly the type of overreach their dysfunctional government is trying to get away with. Null's legal representation even put it in an official document that an American business isn't obligated to give one iota of a shit what some mudslime sympathizing faggots have to say regarding what he can and can't do.

Ofcom sending this email is just petty nonsense to look hard. It's the equivalent of a cartoon character shouting "AND STAY OUT" long after someone has left of their own volition.

It's probably wise for anyone to use a proxy of sorts as a form of digital hygiene. Unless someone is incurably stupid, any 'Bong' who loves this site can easily connect. Their BBC viewing might be slowed a little bit tho.
I don't blame anyone for using digital hygiene, but personally, I don't agree with our government censorship so refuse to on principal. I shouldn't have to hide my words or bend to their "guidelines". If they have such a big issue with what I say they can come say hello.

Interesting here that they are directly stating their intent is to create a sort of parallel UK internet. By saying booting UK users is compliance to their intents they make the construction of individual national/regional “internets” more than just a trending development but rather intentional policy similar to the chinese. Difference is chinese obviously directly built their great firewall themselves, UK just makes such a hostile hosting and servicing environment servers comply with it consensually.

I genuinely cannot fathom how they believe this is a victory. I guess after losing so many self imposed battles the only thing they've got left is thinking Jersh blocking them is being a good british citizen.
