I don't think OFCOM was trying to get the last word, I think Null banning UK IPs is viewed in earnest by them as compliance.

The best thing to do now is to lift the ban on UK IPs because fuck Ofcom. :)
Mein nigga, he told them to fuck off twice, once by email, once through a representative. They know his position. All this is, is ass covering. Not looking weak in front of Parliament. The ban is for your own good.

I can’t think of a single well established British website

And yet somehow, they’re under the impression that it’s null who needs to play ball, they should be fucking begging US companies not to block their shit.

We acknowledge the email of 31 March 2025 from your legal representatives setting out your view
that Kiwi Farms is not subject to the Online Safety Act 2023 (‘the Act’). We also note that you have
since IP blocked people in the United Kingdom (‘UK’) from accessing your service.1

Taking the latter point into account, we have decided not to proceed with issuing an information
notice requesting a copy of the written record of the illegal content risk assessment conducted in
respect of Kiwi Farms at this time.
"We have decided not to" even in defeat they have to act like the most snide, stuck-up, bitchmade faggots reminding you that you are ooperating by their grace.
In view of the above, although we are not issuing an information notice at this time, we may revisit
this matter in future
Great, so they're still fine-tuning some bullshit way to try and enforce their own laws within the borders of other countries. I guess this lesson won't be learned all in one go.
It is a service provider’s choice whether it chooses to prevent users in the UK from accessing its service
instead of complying with the requirements of the Act to protect UK users.
"Sure, they can choose to let prohibited services through, they're free to do that, it's totally up to them (ignore the absolute legal and monetary annihilation we will pursue to ensure their complete and utter ruin)". Some choice there, bongs.

Ofcom literally sent you something that translates to that fucking "im not owned im not owned! (shrinks into a corn cob)" meme.

lmao
He capitulated and blocked the site in England out of fear of not being able to travel in Europe, how is that a win? The anglo-nannies laid their dick on his shoulder and got what they wanted. "My site is American and I only respect American law!" only works if you actually have the power to just ignore these kinds of emails, which Null does not.
