I’m absolutely sick at the thought that the kids are still living with those two losers. The revelation that they’re scrawny and underfed/short stature has me more upset than the cocaine exposure. The former is a result of chronic neglect. The latter could—likely wasn’t, not excusable either way—could have been a one-time catastrophic error compounded by a kid being a kid.
The silver lining here is that Nick now has to keep up some appearances for the next 5 years due to the impending threat of his probation officers knocking on his doors any time they want now. I'm not sure if he can go to prison on child neglect charges if they find his kids stinking and starving again, but he still doesn't want to even risk that. For the next 5 years, the kids should hopefully receive some sort of improved quality of life, ie Spaghettio-s on their plate and washed clothes from a pissed off, spiteful, irritable but for once sober sperm donor and chauffeur. After that, hopefully they will either be old enough to leave or figure out how to be more self sufficient and not depend on their deadbeat parents.

Nick lucked out with Vic and then Rittenhouse. He then drive that luck off a cliff. He simply doesn't have the ability to entertain people anymore. Melanie reminds me a lot of peak Nick. She talks over people and doesn't care about the idiots who 'want to watch the trial.' Both of them are safe enough to tell your mom about if they want to watch trial coverage.

No doubt, but the thing is, I don't think he's got the supports to get it reversed like he did before.

Viva and Barnes would throw a fit, but rather than try to get his YouTube account back, they would try to convince him to go Rumble exclusive.

They seem to be on a "thing" with that. That Everybody needs to abandon YouTube and go to Rumble.

Problem is... and Nick knows this... the engagement is less on Rumble.
Sure it has "free speech" but the UI is so shit no one would want to deal with it
Which is what people like Barnes and viva won't understand. It doesn't matter if it's convenient for them when it isn't for the audience. There's already enough saturated right wing grifters that they wouldn't make it anyways. Styx fell off on Rumble because lazy and dresses like a queer.

The dress is old; however, the photo is new. You can tell because Kayla is noticeably fatter and has at least two new tattoos: some awful musical notes that look like they were drawn on with magic marker by one of her children, and some mysterious piss-colored splotch on her left shoulder. (Also, someone please give this woman a fucking hairbrush.)

Damn, she got some Kris Jenner face going on.

"Parody is the defense"

Nick's legal analysis is as always totally off the mark.
It doesn't stand up to the slightest amount of scrutiny.
  • while he knows they're fake voices, it's not guaranteed that his chat does (and they're dumb as rocks, so they're more likely than the average person to be fooled)
  • if the service is illegal, that doesn't absolve him of knowingly using an illegal service
  • if he has to make choices in the platform to decide which voices are used, or has requested that a particular voice be made (how curious that Sean's voice is there...), that would prove his personal involvement
  • he says it becomes questionable if the voice purports to be someone - okay, what if someone styles their superchat in this way? Then Nick even admits that it's illegal
Hey, I'm starting to think this guy's not a practicing lawyer!

When Nick finally realises that people are exploring legal action under Right of Publicity and Misappropriation of Likeness for Commercial Gain, watch him clam up instantly.
Anyone affected will need to issue a C&D directly to Melton. Its hilarious how Supertips' TOS directly complies with NRS §597.810 but yet both Nick and Melton have wilfully breached it without reprimand.

I hope that Kurt, Sean and Aaron does something, Supertips.gg "consumers" breach its own TOS rules several times every fucking stream. With luck, Fatrick in fear of losing his UberEats fund for a legal defence, will kill the project and settle with any complainant.
I think Fatrick MAPton hoped his pajeet program would forever fly under the irrelevant Dabbleverse radar, now he's reaching the intersection of Fucking Around Street and Find Out Boulevard.

"Parody is the defense"

Only it isn't. Because Nick isn't creating the material in question. He is allowing randos watching his show to create the content in whatever way they might choose to in exchange for a fee. Including specifically to use it for impersonation.

You can't make a parody defense if you are not making a parody yourself.

This nigger is practically asking for it. Copyright striking YouTube videos is gay and cringe, but like I don’t know what qualifies MORE for a copyright strike than something like this. It’s almost like this is what strikes are made for.
Falsely striking is gay and cringe. If someone has a legit reason to do it it kind of on the violator. The issue is the system can be abused too much and you really can't tell if it's legit or not a lot of the time.

Last year, when I was laughing at the Google Maps reviews for Rekieta Law, it wasn’t marked as closed.
If this has already been posted in the thread, sorry—but I noticed it today and found the “Permanently closed” label kind of funny.

A real shame. I read that Nick was, bar none, the best at getting men off.

Actual review from his website in late 2023:

For anybody looking for more lawyers to watch on Youtube that aren't complete shitbags, John Bryan, aka The Civil Rights Lawyer, just hit 1 million subs.

He doesn't do trial streams, but he does excellent breakdowns of law enforcement encounters while harboring a suspicion of the government (in a rational way, and not an insane Nick or Barnes like way). I think @Potentially Criminal knows him and is also a fan.

This is what continuing success looks like. Nick will NEVER hit that number.

I am in no way associated with the man, and this isn't a shameless plug. I just watch his content on occasion, and find it entertaining. I figured many posters in this thread are probably also interested in such content.

Yeah. One classic mistake some people make on probation is abusing their prescription drugs and getting more of those drugs off the street.
Or assuming their obvious drug-seeking behavior won't be noticed and their Dr. Feelgood won't end up busted. Except even most addicts are not stupid enough to broadcast their crimes to the public like Nick does.
