Honestly, Synth could probably have a good chance in Japan.

Japanese societal rules and obligations would crush Synth like a grape.

Expedition 33 is one of those games that would be very hard to review. The gameplay is pretty good, the soundtrack is pretty good, and the women look normal. There’s not a lot to shit on other than some of the mild woke stuff in the game. There’s also moments in the story that are poorly executed. I think people are hyping up that aspect of the game WAY too much. Having finished the game though, the story isn’t that bad, but it’s not great.

Well, I can get that. Synth said he ultimately just wants fun games, and playing a game is always more engaging than watching someone play the game, so it's easier to pick apart flaws. Personally I wasn't that impressed with E33 overall and am waiting on trustworthy reviews before I give it a shot. Hoping he makes a video on it.
