Mass Effect Andromeda: Shitstorm Edition - RIP Biowear

Oh, man that last video.

You know how sometimes when a movie totally flops the studio will, out of sheer desperation, try to remarket it as a comedy? (They did this with Exorcist II.) Maybe BioWare can do the same thing here. I have to say, there's a lot of potential in Mass Effect: Spaceballs.

This really completes the circle of putting out shitty launches of cliche games, seriously, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard is the only good mainstream sequel (refresh) released as of right now.

I'm having fun with BoTW tbh.

Witcher 3 has better emotions and graphics, and it's been out for 2 years.
Look at Silent Hill 2 and 3, released in 2001 and 2003 respectively, the characters' animation, the writting eveything is better.
14 years later Bioware can't be assed to at least make something as good.
It tells a lot about the videogame industry.

Machinima commented, and one of its commentators is comparing this game to No Man's Sky.

The first two hosts are optimistic about it, but the guy comes in and compares it to 'No Man's Sky'. As a rebuttal:

1) It should not take a game 10+ hours to hook you. Even an RPG. Witcher 3 hooked me from 10 minutes in. If I'm not engaged I will stop playing after an hour or two, let alone 10. Writing quality also tends not to get better either or it becomes incredibly uneven, which is still bad.

2) There is no getting used to bad facial animations and bad animations in general. Its just like bad voice acting or bad dubbing, it is continually present and distracting.

3) You can't get past the fact that the character customization options are fucking terrible, which is pretty much unforgivable in an RPG with character creation. Its a massive step back from ME 2 and ME 3. Not to mention every female character seems to be beaten with an ugly stick and the character creator seems designed to keep women ugly.
