This is straight up lunacy.
>if our citizens decide to use your site, you are subject to our rules
>ps if you suggest that our citizens use a VPN, you are still somehow subject to our rules

Come on Josh, be the little ODD shit you know you are and challenge the UK government. Expose them as toothless or go down swinging.
Keep the white page with the letters up, but have two hyperlinks:
1. One leading to the forums itself
2. Another leading to the TOR project or his VPN of choice
It's extra non-compliant.

people that use TOR to post on kiwifarms are fucking clowns.
If you are going to use TOR for kiwifarms. you need to create the account through TOR and NEVER cross contaminate your activity.

If you made the account off tor, and then use tor, it WILL be traced back to you.

not like it matters anyway, there are entire server farms running tor, set up to monitor pass-through traffic by the feds.

I don't trust the UK government enough to think they won't find a way to rationalize the mention of VPNs/TOR on our splash page as making the site subject to OFCOM regulation, troons are just on a losing streak there atm and one wasn't wormed its way into a position of authority within the responsible body yet.
That was my concern after reading it. Not an admission of defeat but a warning to toe the line and not kick the hornets nest. Which in the case if the KiwiFarms is nigh impossible.
As explained in our note, the targeting of UK users by, for example, promoting ways of evading access restrictions, could be relevant to whether that service still has links to the UK, depending on the
specific circumstances.
This to me reads like "dont rock the boat and we wont decide to bring the hammer down on you." Not that they could actually do anything but if even just telling people they should/how to use a VPN is Verboten, thats another example of Free Speeches non-existence in the UK.

Shhhh don't tell the government that UK users are still accessing the heckin' illegal farms.

The internet grows smaller but if the UK start swinging their dicks hard enough tor might speed up.
They already know & next issue will be resolved soon about vpns.
as meme said.
Do you have a licence for that vpn ,no
fine both you
& VPN company

Nigger, I was adding on to what you were saying. The user with poor reading comprehension, likened to that of lowland great apes, is in fact you!
Often when people reply about users being niggers is to call the user a nigger. So you're right, I am in fact retarded in this instance.

This is the type of faggy passive-aggressiveness that only an anglo could conjure up. “Nice IP block you have there. It’d be quite a shame if instructing users on how to use VPNs and Tor gave us casus belli for your website.”

Fuck off, UK.

I mean, I expected them to roll over, but I didn't expect them to send an email saying they were going to roll over. I thought it was just gonna be a tacit thing where they took no further action. Well, there you go.
When they do nothing, the British public can assume they're doing fuck all with our taxes. But when they send pointless emails like this, they get the satisfaction of showing us they're wasting every penny. The disgusting blobfish at Ofcom live for the thrill of being this bloody useless.

I never will because my government and ISP can suck my dick for even thinking about telling me what I can and can't look at. I'll resort to it as an absolute necessity, but until then the fedboys can just cope and seethe while looking at me enjoying my open clearnet privileges.

I meant in the context of some psychotic tranny or schizophrenic LOLcow finding some activist judge to hand Dear Leader a subpoena for your IP records, and that tranny using it to find out who and where you are and taking you to court just to burn your money.

For me using a VPN has nothing to do with what my government or ISP think, it has everything to do with CYA so you don't have to waste years and untold dollars in court fighting a frivolous lawsuit for a shitpost.

Pretty sure there's a very real world threat in your country that poses potential harm to children. But okay. Retarded internet slap fights hurt more than any lunchtime stabbies ever will.
Even if your focus is strictly on children's Internet safety, EPI is a thousand times worse for kids than access to the farms. Kids probably wouldn't even use the farms if they had access to it because it's a forum, and kids are too retarded to navigate forums now.

Not that it's the government's job to protect kids on the Internet, that SHOULD be the parents job, but if the government was going to take on that responsibility, access to KF would be at the bottom of my list of concerns.
