This is my thought as well. Nick has been lowkey trying nuke his own channel- failing that, to make his channel so dull that no one notices he stops streaming. "Oh sorry hun, can't stream anymore, youtube shut me down." He already set the table up for him being "silenced" with some of his comments about being censored for his freeze peach, along with Qayla's letter to the court. Much like Nick set the table in family court for his 8yo daughter testing hot for cocaine, confession through projection.

On the boring side- well the content. Nick's managed to run off Branca and now the debt tunneler, between his inane comments, his lackadaisical schedule, and the bizarre non-sequitur harassment "supertips".

Nick's a lazy fag and probably thinks he can go back to not working again if his channel is shut down. You don't have to censor the alogs and the trolls if you don't have a channel! I'm not sure the state would agree with it, but I don't remember gainful employment being part of the parole?

Nick starting to go without sleep is a positive sign for more insanity to come. Kurt also did Nick a real favor in apparently not going to youtube with his complaint. Nick has already gone into channel-losing territory with all this. I think at this point Kurt could deliver a knockout with a bullying & harassment complaint to Youtube. Maybe thats even what Nick really wants.

But in this situation Nick deserves more rope for his inevitable self-hanging.

It may not be part of the sentencing terms. But I think a probation officer would be able to require it.
