Oh fucking shit, California has transcended Poe’s Law

@Hey Johnny Bravo
Cool story, and China town was ok when it was a place to get Chinese food. I’m not comfortable now that Xi Jingping’s daughter is rumored to live in Boston with mayor Wu taking money from the CCP
So now they're gonna screech that Trump is out here arresting Judges and Police officers. Wonder how they'll try to redeem this guy in the public eye.

More roadblocks to protect the country from illegals.
what I fucking love is that when boarder states like california tried to deal with the issues of immigration, like with Prop 187. The courts ruled immigration enforcement is a federal authority, not a state one.

Then the judges rule that the feds cant inforce the law!!

You know there is a special irony that the felon with 34 counts of "fraud" is the only president we had in 50 years that isn't cooking the books.
the serious crooks gotta be honest with each other because you can't go to the cops and the only way to solve it is killing the dude unless you have some crazy council of wizened criminal elders like in M

Even if they don’t agree with everything he’s doing, he’s doing something.”
In a recent focus group that Omero conducted of 13 independents who had voted for Trump in the 2024 election, most participants gave the president a B or C grade, although none of them regretted their vote.
Wow, it's almost as if they're not Fox News brainwashed cultists like you said, but human beings who made a rational decision.
With roughly 1,300 days left in Trump’s presidency, many of his critics are hopeful that his recent dip in approval marks an inflection point, like the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan that sparked Biden’s own backslide in public esteem.
Some economic off-roading to fix major longstanding problems won't have the same approval effect as losing our longest and most expensive war in the most disastrous and humiliating way possible.
Communication is key to keeping Trump’s unfavorables high, Omero told me. “Some voters still aren’t getting the message”
"We just need to lie and scream harder!" Never change, shitlibs.

Can anyone explain the 1 and 3 tattoos? Is it supposed to be 1 God? I have no clue about the skull though
The skull is allegedly "3" holes? I dunno. I mean, I've read the opinion of Judges and the Feds who say this kind of coding is normal? I have NEVER met an OG who hid the meaning of his gang affiliation that abstractly. Admittedly, it's been quite a number of years since I was in direct contact with anyone claiming to be, not since my 20's. But still, most were pretty open and proud about it and would just actually tattoo MS13 on their knuckles rather than couch it in some interpretive art doodles.

The skull has 3 dots on it. The cross is long and thin, like the numeral 1.

Criminal signage tends to become more abstract as law enforcement starts to pick up. Eventually, you need the kind of plausibile deniability that tattooing I MURDERED JOSE DIAZ ON 2/2/2002 on your left pectoral doesn't grant you. Unless you're in California, where they keep passing laws that such things are inadmissible in court.

“There is a clamoring for her voice right now,” said a former Harris senior adviser who was granted anonymity to speak candidly.

After her defeat, Kamala Harris re-emerges to weigh in on Trump

When Kamala Harris delivers her first major public address Wednesday after her bitter defeat to Donald Trump, she will step into the political spotlight in a way she has not yet done since November.

Harris has mostly stayed out of the public eye since she left office as vice president in January, and she has opted not to weigh in on Trump and his policies in the way other prominent Democrats have.

That will change Wednesday. She is to deliver the keynote address at the Emerge 20th Anniversary Gala at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, honoring the group’s role in electing more Democratic women in California politics. She is expected to call out Trump over his policies and how she believes they are failing Americans.

“There is a clamoring for her voice right now,” said a former Harris senior adviser who was granted anonymity to speak candidly. “No one can better prosecute the case while inspiring a call to action than the former vice president.”

Harris shot to the top of the Democratic ticket last year, abruptly replacing President Joe Biden just 15 weeks before Election Day. The historic switch happened after Biden took part in a devastating debate against Trump in June, when he at times stared off into space and could not complete a sentence.

A firestorm of concern from the party about Biden’s cognitive abilities erupted, and eventually he bowed out of the race. Harris brought new life to the ticket, filling venues across battleground states and shattering fundraising records.

But after a whirlwind 107-day, $1.5 billion presidential campaign, Harris could not overcome discontent among voters who wanted change and largely said they believed Trump would usher in a booming economy.

That has not happened, however. Instead, his tariff policies have triggered chaos in the markets and brought on fears of a trade war. He has been accused of ignoring court orders and has pushed the limits of presidential power — including, at times, intimidating independent institutions, such as universities, saying they must capitulate on policies that support diversity, for instance, or their federal funding will be cut.

An NBC News Stay Tuned poll, powered by SurveyMonkey, found that 55% of adults disapprove of his handling of his job. Several other national polls timed for the 100-day mark had similar results, including Fox News, one of Trump’s favorite outlets. The Pew Research Center found that Trump’s approval stood at 40%.

“Clearly many voters are regretting their 2024 choice, and Harris utilizing Emerge’s 20th anniversary as the vehicle to deliver pointed remarks is the right place at the right time with the right group of people,” the former adviser said.

Some of Harris’ advisers have insisted that she simply ran out of time to make her case — she had come onto the scene too late. She has not yet said whether she intends to run again or whether she would run for governor of California — a serious consideration, according to aides — and neither announcement is expected Wednesday.

Harris has taken part in lower-profile public events, one of them this month when she spoke at the Leading Women Defined Summit.

“We’re seeing people stay quiet. We are seeing organizations stay quiet. We are seeing those who are capitulating to clearly unconstitutional threats. And these are the things we’re witnessing each day in these last few months in our country, and it understandably creates a great sense of fear,” Harris said then. “There were many things that we knew would happen.”

“I’m not here to tell you I told you so,” she added, laughing. “I swore I wasn’t going to say that!”

“Fear has a way of being contagious,” she said. “But I say this also, my dear friends: Courage is also contagious.”

A source familiar with Harris’ upcoming remarks said she is expected to expand upon those themes Wednesday and highlight those who have stood up against Trump.
Kamala Harris plans a speech sharply criticizing Donald Trump’s policies

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Former Vice President Kamala Harris plans to use a high-profile speech Wednesday to sharply criticize President Donald Trump amid speculation about whether she will mount another presidential campaign or opt to run for California governor.

Harris will address the 20th anniversary gala for Emerge America, an organization that recruits and trains Democratic women to run for office that grew in part from Harris’ run for San Francisco district attorney in the early 2000s.

Her speech comes the day after Trump reached 100 days in office. It is expected to be her most extensive public remarks since leaving office in January following her defeat to Trump, with planned critiques of the Republican president’s handling of the economy, U.S. institutions and foreign policy.

Harris is ramping up her public presence as Democrats nationally search for a path forward after November’s election, in which Republicans also won control of Congress. While a slate of high-profile Democrats — from governors to businessmen — seek leadership roles within the party, the former vice president retains unique influence and would reshape any future race she chooses to enter.

Harris, a former state attorney general and U.S. senator from California, has not discouraged speculation that she might enter the race to replace term-limited Gov. Gavin Newsom, himself a potential contender for president. And she has not ruled out another run for the White House.

She continues to fundraise, using a joint committee that includes Harris for President, the Democratic National Committee and state Democratic parties. The committee, the Harris Victory Fund, reported having about $4.5 million on hand at the end of March, according to federal records.

In recent fundraising emails, Harris has been blunt about the need for Democrats to unify ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

Democrats need to “organize and stop Trump’s agenda while electing Democrats everywhere,” she wrote in recent emails. “There has never been a more important time for a strong Democratic Party — one that is willing to stand up to Donald Trump, Elon Musk and what they are doing to this country.”

The event will mark a homecoming of sorts. Harris, who lives in Los Angeles, is from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Emerge America’s gala begins at 7 p.m. PDT. Harris’ speech will be livestreamed on the AP’s YouTube channel.

Isn't one of the basic requirements for being a cop that they have to legally transfer a firearm to you? Even if he's a permanent resident, wouldn't the domestic violence thing disqualify him?
If its an issued weapon, they might be technically dodging around it because he doesn't own it, he's just using it, and they may not have exact case law to cover that because who the fuck hires illegal police officers. But a lotta jurisdictions are too cheap to issue weapons and make the officer purchase one of their own from an acceptable list of guns, if that's the case then its even funnier.

the serious crooks gotta be honest with each other because you can't go to the cops and the only way to solve it is killing the dude unless you have some crazy council of wizened criminal elders like in M
An armed society is a polite society, the ones who last are the ones who learn to not immediately escalate shit into a blood feud.

Exactly, turning the other cheek really means be the bigger man when someone insults you, especially for your religion, which was vital at the time when Christianity was heavily mocked and is still widely in practice today. It’s the fundamental difference between Islam and Christianity. Christians are supposed to rise above insults and minor offenses, Muslims will murder you for doodling a face.
But it was never meant to say “don’t defend yourself.” Jesus’s apostles carried swords, and Christians have never been taught to avoid self defense when facing harm or threats. It all boils down to more people having never read the Bible
It’s Protestants. Protestants have essentially turned Christianity into a hippie religion.

Sure. But that's kinda different than what I'm talking about, don't you think?

I mean... They kinda don't give a fuck and never have:
