Hey, Kurt, while you're at it, feel free to send a letter to his PO for harassment. It would be the funniest thing ever if you caused him to serve 28 days.
Of all the ways Nick could have his Probation violated, going all-in on harassing people he hates, by allowing viewers to post malicious TTS messages live on his stream to 2k viewers, illegally using their likeness and voice, was not on my bingo card when the judge sentenced him.

But "remain law abiding" is getting a really good workout here.

/r/SteelToeBoringShow was wrong. Aaron was never getting violated for violating Rumble ToS and playing copyrighted content. Similarly, Nick is not going to get his probation violated for violating YouTube ToS and playing AI generated voices of people he dislikes.

Aaron's alogs are honestly the dumbest group of people I have ever seen on the Internet. The top post on /r/SteelToeBoringShow right now is a group of people reporting Aaron to Sheburne County for .... playing copyrighted clips.

That's right. They believe that because Aaron is violating Rumble TOS, that is a probation violation and they will have him sent to jail.

Has anybody asked Grok if the privacy complaint angle is a legally valid one?
Nick Rekieta says it's not and, like Grok, Nick Rekieta has no understanding of the law nor any authorization to practice law.

Nick starting to go without sleep is a positive sign for more insanity to come. Kurt also did Nick a real favor in apparently not going to youtube with his complaint. Nick has already gone into channel-losing territory with all this. I think at this point Kurt could deliver a knockout with a bullying & harassment complaint to Youtube. Maybe thats even what Nick really wants.
Correct, but Kurt and other associated people probably make more money with Nick having a YouTube channel than with him broadcasting to nobody exclusively on Rumble with no deal like somebody like Ralph.

You're also correct that Rekieta being this unhinged and openly dangling his "prescriptions" on air like Ralph is a poor indicator for his ability to demonstrate normal behavior in the future.

Hey @ItsAaronIgnoreMe if you haven't, you should probably C&D to get your daughter off of Melton's supertips. Hell, you know a bunch of lawyers who'd help, for example SSSEEEAAANNN.
His daughter isn't actually on there. Aaron himself is on there but he doesn't actually want Melton to stop covering him so he'll never do it even though Kurt has proven that Melton may fold (I say "may" because he might not fold on Aaron because Melton makes money himself through that rather than only indirectly through the Supertips cut).

You gotta take the good with the bad, this is also what gives you your chance to "save" her.
True.

Kayla is the kind of women who should never be in a position to make choices beyond what sundress to wear, or what salad to bring to the church potluck.

Nick is wholly incapable of making good decisions. He’ll throw whatever he’s given or lucked into away, because he’s too coom brained to think beyond his nice endorphin fix.

Together they’re a volatile combo.

Similarly, Nick is not going to get violated for violating YouTube ToS and playing AI generated voices of people he dislikes.
Meh… YouTube takes mass reports of harassment and copyright violations pretty seriously.

I'm not disagreeing with that. I'm saying the idea that Nick is getting his PROBATION violated and getting hauled to jail for 28 days over playing AI generated voices is fan fiction.

Not necessarily.

If Kurt, or someone else, files some harassment charges, a protective order and informed his PO, it could be grounds for the prosecution to say: “Clearly he didn’t learn his lesson. Man needs a month in the slammer”.

A term of Nick’s probation is to be a good, productive, law abiding citizen after all.

Exactly, it is all about the harassment.
There is plenty of grounds to file for a TRO for the people Nick used for his streaming content in the past days.

The copyright and right to publicity stuff is primarily useful to send C&D to Melton and send notices to youtube for strikes.
Nick is not going to get his probation violated for violating YouTube ToS and playing AI generated voices of people he dislikes.
Learn to read faggot. It is all about the harassment, which depends on someone filing a police report.
Of course its not going to happen automatically.

Im gonna guess that chances of that happening are super low however:

This is so juvenile.
it's honestly so jarring. It's like a child making sims based on people he doesn't like and drowning them in a pool as a form of impotent revenge or when PWR burned sim Warski and PPP alive. But with a child they are underdeveloped mentally, they are impotent by their nature. PWR is clearly not all there upstairs and he seems like a genuine guy beneath it all.

This is a middle-aged man, a father of five and who has an educated, respectable career playing with digital sock puppets of colleagues and former friends who are big ol' meanies to him. It's bizarre, embarrassing, pathetic and frankly, without being over the top, a little disturbing. I never thought he would devolve into what he is now when I first came across him.

PWR is a king making HOT CONTENT! Nick has a swiss cheese brain and is legitimately now more low IQ than PWR.

You're probably right, but there are multiple dimensions to this, including criminal, social, contractual, and civil.

To be clear, my own position on the current shenanigans is him losing his YouTube channel sooner or later. The bar for Neal Mohan fucking you in the ass is waaaaay lower than the government doing so.

As for the probation violation, I think that will come in the form of him pissing hot, or doing something else really dumb. Like visibly drinking or doing drugs on stream.

Sadly today's too busy to put together a full edit with swapped faces and supertips overlays that could have been a banger, but you can use your imagination on how eerily similar his supertips integration is to this:

But in this situation Nick deserves more rope for his inevitable self-hanging.
Agreed. I'm generally never in favor of cows losing their platforms, but Nick is moving quickly into the "justified" category.

The other angle I'm sure Nick hasn't considered, is these lawyers he's been targeting, may have a professional responsibility to inform both the court and the OLPR of Nick's actions on stream. Certainly if any of the viewers are lawyers in Minnesota, they may be obligated to do so.

lol Nick has to send himself fake TTS donos. His channel is officially dead.
lmfao, this bad already? He's becoming just like a certain ragepig more and more everyday, except the latter gets to bang sexy latina prostitutes and fly to exotic countries any time he wants to! Nick can't even wipe his own ass anymore without his PO's approval.
Five star days for the hog, 5 one star years for the cokehead, lol
