She’s in her late 30s, been on T for years, and doesn’t have much time to stop it and try to regain her fertility. She could well need IVF (which she’d have to pay for). If women do decide to manage menopause symptoms with HRT they usually use estrogen, not the extremely high-dose testosterone gel that trans men use.
I've never heard of any case where a female got "mandatory T for life". Surgical early menopause is probably healthier for females than Androgel.

She's obviously talking about pooners. Normal women who would take estrogen. But the human body needs some form of sex hormones to function well at all, so if you lose your gonads, you do generally have to take some kind of hormones to help it out.

There could be any number of reasons for that. I lean towards:
A) Tard baby doesn’t want to grow up and make her own decisions and chart her own course into the unknown. Not really. If she met someone new that really grabbed her by the evo nads that could possibly change, but the odds of that happening are slim to none.
B) She’s going to stick with Joe because she vowed to be committed to him. Mal may be an atheist now, but that sort of thing doesn’t rinse out easily. Loyalty defines her. Selfless (and thankless) service defines her.

All members of the BPT get something from it that satisfies on a deep level. Lala’s the weakest link there as her needs aren’t as complicated or compelling as Mal and Sideshow’s are.

As @Larry David's Opera Cape said I was referring to pooners that had a total hysterectomy. If you get your major sex hormone factory surgically removed you need to have hormone replacement. They’ve even realized this is true for many post-menopausal women.

I've never heard of a woman getting her uterus and ovaries removed then getting prescribed testosterone because her body "needs" testosterone. I know Buck Angel had to get her uterus removed after years of using testosterone turned it to uterus-jello. I know a lot of trans men will just stop using testosterone randomly or because they de-trans or lose their hair.
I just haven't seen any evidence of a female needing testosterone. I've seen evidence of taking testosterone being really bad for females.
I also know that troon healthcare is a depraved circus but I've never heard of a doctor giving a woman a full hysterectomy then going, "Now, you need to take sex hormones, which type do you prefer? The E or the T?"
Again, if you have examples of this happening, I'd like to see them.

Most women who have hysterectomies need hormone replacement afterwards, especially women who are under 60, because it’s quite a rapid adjustment otherwise. Normal women get estrogen replacement, but a Pooner demands T.

Having a hysterectomy when you’re under 60, and not having any hormone replacement, leads to osteoporosis and a lot of very unpleasant things. A 28 or 38 year old woman’s body isn’t designed for instant, rapid menopause. Menopause is a process that takes place over years for a reason. So if you get one you need HRT, but a Pooner will demand T because they are “a man”.
