At timestamp 6:53:03 in today's stream, Nick added up all the Supertips he received. It was 91 total. (Seems high; maybe he was counting from Day 1 of the trial??)

Anyway, I wasn't tracking the amounts, but let's say the average is $3/ea, that's another $274 minus the 10% for Melton.
Let's add this up and be generous: 200+300+15. I am pulling $15 out of my ass for rumble as it just doesn't matter.
YT: 200 - 30% = $140
Melton: 300 - 10% = $270
Rumble: 15 - 20% = $12
That is a total of $422 and divide that by 8 gives you $52.25 pre taxes. Seems like a lot until you factor in he is the main provider of a family of 7.

I also believe the cyber crime investigation is real, because I think the crime committed and admissions were egregious enough to warrant an investigation. But that is solely based on my opinion on the facts we know.

The investigation may well be real. But that doesn't necessarily lead to charges.

At the US federal level, there are prosecutors appointed by the president who are responsible for different parts of the country. Those prosecutors bring cases (1) based on the priority of the US Justice Department and (2) Based on their own interests and preferences. They cannot prosecute everything so they prioritize where they want to spend their time and resources while in office. Its usually impossible to predict what they will do in terms of bringing charges in any particular situation. Federal prosecutors also like to win and are sometimes rather risk-averse in bringing cases.

At the state level, it depends on the state attorney general and is also a question of money and resources.

At the county level in rural Minnesota its a question of money, resources and expertise to do complex prosecutions. Alot of county prosecutions are by-the-numbers sorts of things. Depending on the area and the people involved, you can prosecutors and judges who are really excited about doing an unusual case. Then again you also have prosecutors and judges in rural areas who are not interested in doing what amounts to extra work at their jobs.

The FBI investigating (if thats true) is a big deal. But its a long and complicated process to get from even a really successful investigation to actual criminal charges being filed.

Nick revealed that Kurt sent a C&D to Melton, who runs Supertips.
He hinted that removing Kurt's voice is a temporary thing that will be addressed. (Press X.)
Okay.

*Beep*

:disagree:

My theory here that Melton folded immediately (as he should), and Nick is trying to convince him to ignore the C&D and put Kurt back on there.

It would be a VERY bad idea for the both of them if Melton folds in the other direction. It will become a worse idea when Melton gets Sean's C&D.

Moreover, any legal advice he gives Melton would also constitute UPL at this point.

Because... and say it with me now:

NICK IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO PRACTICE LAW

Would be funny if this somehow burns Melton bad, and it ends with him filing a complaint to OLPR.

Kurt's loyalty went way above and beyond what any normal person would have stood for.
I mean, I would agree, but whatever. He's out of there now. That's the main thing.

If memory serves, I think is in the group that left around the time of the CHIPS report leaking here. Which is what I consider about the final cutoff that separates the people with at least some sense, and those that have none whatsoever (as well as extreme "moral flexibility" that borders on the frightening).

Nick once again coming in without a hint of self awareness.
That little image he keeps using on top of Kurt’s face is from the thread I’m pretty sure. IIRC, it came out at the same time as this one:
copyright-cuck.webp
The font used is the same. I don’t remember who made it off the top of my head, but I know I obtained copies of them here on Kiwi Farms. Wonder why he’s not using the one I posted just now, rather than the other, as both were made after Nick copyright struck @elb for making him upset. That’s what a copyright cuck is, & Nick is addled.

FBI usually takes at least two years.

If MNPR has some stuff left to share, I wouldn't be surprised if they are saving it for an opportune moment during Fatty Patty's Hackamania.
Anyone who thinks the king (or possibly queen) of well timed drips doesn't have something in the back pocket is literally fucking retarded.

I highly doubt Sean would say anything unless A) He absolutely knew it to be true, or B) He at least strongly suspects it's true.
I dunno a lot about Meme.
Meme Copium is friends with Sean/Kurt/Nate/Andrew, and he's one of the more prolific people covering Nick, who has the benefit of having been a former fan of Nick's, so he actually has knowledge of Nick dating back all the way to Weeb Wars. Non-zero chance that if MNPR gave Sean information, that they could've given him info too, assuming Sean didn't tell him, "Yeah, MNPR's got a lot of information, but I can't say much more." Also, he's recently met Drex, and seems to have gotten some information from Drex that he's keeping close to his chest.

In terms of people who can accurately report on Nick, he's about as high up there as you can get without being a lawyer, and I'd recommend watching his coverage of Nick. His dinosaur streams are incredibly autistic though.
As much as I like Sean's content, he's already hyped up something that never surfaced. Fool me once, shame on.. shame on you?? Fool me twi--we won't get fooled again.
Agreed, too many "exciting news" stories from Sean and Aaron.
I will believe it when it drops and not a second before that.
As I'll state below, Aaron's a retard that needs to shut the fuck up. I think you're mischaracterizing Sean's action as hype, or as something he wants to fool you into believing will happen, though. We don't even know if Sean is necessarily cooperating with Aaron in reporting Nick, nor would we ever know unless that information was made public after charges were pressed. I wouldn't fault Sean for deciding to drop the hammer on Nick and actually filing ethics charges against him, though: you don't fuck around with A-C privilege, and you don't fuck around with someone else's A-C privilege to try to score a win on them in the legal process. I think Sean cares, even if Nick sees the rules for attorney conduct as funny and weird suggestions.

Also, because the government is always late, gay, and retarded, you shouldn't expect them to move at the pace we want them to. That's if they haven't decided to drop everything without letting anyone know. It's better to treat it as a surprise, like the initial MNPR drop revealing the cocaine test: it'll show up when you don't expect it.
As Nick says he doesn't need Sean's likeness to feed his kids, Sean will be filing a takedown.

He also dunks on Nick's understanding of contracts and the law.
If Aaron managed to destroy Nick and Melton's channels by reporting privacy violations for the supertips system which (as far as I can tell) shouldn't even be permitted on Youtube in the first place, it would change his place in my mind from "Constantly a retard who needs to shut the fuck up" to "Usually a retard who needs to shut the fuck up." Nate should follow suit, because why the fuck not?

Also, I have to disagree with Sean here: Nick would have to read the contracts to have an understanding of them. He'll just make up what he thinks the contracts are, because he's a fucking retard who objectively isn't authorized to practice law.
Kurt works out regularly. He recently said he’s lost something like 70lbs? Maybe 40. I can’t remember specifically and I know that’s a huge difference, but it’s progress either way so my point stands. He’s also started a new medication that’ll help with weight loss
He said during the Denny's stream it was 60 lbs, and it was because of the new medication he was on, which was massively curbing his appetite (he claims he used to eat an absurd amount, like 3-4 lunches and dinners each day).
For those that don't remember Kurt was one of the last baldoguard to turn on Nick. Sure he eventually turned, but all this rage is toward a man who stood beside Nick until he absolutely couldn't justify it.
For those that don't remember, Kurt got a massive amount of shit because his initial response to finding out about Nick's arrest warrant was to resent the preacher (and not just because he's a neckbeard atheist), and then break down in tears because he realized the warrant was so solid he couldn't find enough ways to attack it to make it unusable.
I imagine Kurt’s “disloyalty” was especially hurtful to Nick due to the fact Kurt’s been in Nick’s home, met his children, and enjoyed his hot tub
Kurt was exceedingly loyal to Nick, who deserved none of it. Nick is the one who has been disloyal to Kurt.
Kurt has his own weird ethics. They may not make sense to a neurotypical person, but loyalty to someone you consider a friend, instead of the usual "chuck someone overboard the instant they cross the groupmind," is actually admirable, if sometimes dumb.
The phrase "loyal to a fault" exists for a reason. What happens when you're loyal to good friends, in general? They give you loyalty in return. What happens when you give loyalty to someone who doesn't deserve it? You get a situation like Kurt, where it's very obvious Nick just doesn't respect Kurt, but he tolerated him. Kurt deciding he couldn't defend Nick against his drug charges in light of terrible arguments and defenses was reciprocated with Nick deciding he could say exactly how he felt about Kurt. And it wasn't that surprising. if you'd ever paid attention to how Nick had been treating all his "friends" once he started ramping up his drug use, and his malevolence couldn't be hidden any more. Kurt got the worst of it, and good riddance: Kurt is better off with friends like Nate, Sean, Josh (Meme Copium), and Andrew. Nick's the kind of fucking faggot who keeps perceived negative traits of his friends in the back of his mind so he has ammunition in case they ever turn. That's Mean Girls shit, and keep in mind every male lead in that movie as of current year came out as a homosexual.

When you hear about how groups of women have an "ugly friend" that they can have so they look good in comparison...Kurt is the "ugly friend" that Nick uses to feel better about himself. Because Nick's a fucking woman who just happened to be born with a penis (that doesn't work--AWFTT). Kurt might be ugly on the outside, but I don't think he's malicious, just socially retarded, and that's a skill you can learn. I could probably find a way to be friends with someone like Kurt. Nick's a hideous person outside and inside, whose next outfit should consist of "wearing a fucking paper bag over his head" and "seethe in his vault", so we don't have to see his stupid fucking face or know he's making proper society worse by going out and pretending he's not a fundamentally broken human, when he's actually worthless bag of trash deserving incineration that somehow gained sentience.
He considered Kurt his bitch. Not his friend.

Now he's Kurt's bitch. Suck it, skellyfag.
He should've repeated what he said during his Schedule 1 stream: "You're a felonious, drug-using, adulterous cuck. I win every argument for the end of time."

Almost like being on 30MG of questionably-obtained adderrall fucks with your ability to sleep or something.
I checked the law in Minnesota, and it is indeed illegal to lie to doctors to obtain medicine. Especially controlled substances. The thing is, it's one of those things that's very hard to prove in court without him basically outright saying, "I lied to some doctor about having ADHD to get a prescription for Adderall." But anything could happen now with this prescribed Adderall wildcard thrown into the mix. With the cocaine, he at least had to make a token effort to hide and deny it despite it being obvious to everyone. He doesn't have to hide the Adderall or it's effects, within reason. Obviously, if his PO walks in to find Nick in the middle of a 3 day sleepless Adderall binge after taking the whole bottle, looking like Hell in a hacksaw, and rocking back and forth while trying to stifle giddy laughter while he holds his phone up to his computer and has an Arnold Schwarzenegger soundboard asking a confused member of his former church "Who is your daddy and what does he do?", he'll have some serious problems. But if he's just abusing it "normally" it's going to make him feel nearly invincible and embolden him to do extremely reckless and retarded shit. I'm sure it's gonna do WONDERS for his driving and attitude towards the cops when they pull him over and absolutely bullshit lie about him speeding like he's a street racer in an anime called Initial DUI.

Also, fun fact. It's actually an ethics violation to fail to report an ethics violation.

It's not just a good idea. It's the law!
