I've been out of the loop on Pixy for a while but I feel confident enough to say not much has changed when it comes to Pixy and her hygiene habits.

The fact that Pixy hasn't grown out of any of her interests is what really shocks me. It's not unusual for a teen/young adult to be interested in anime, games, or cosplay and enjoy all the cringe aspects of fandom culture.

However, as you grow up not only do your interests broaden, but you also learn how to not be an autistic retard about the stuff you like in front of others.

Pixy never learned to hide her power level. Any normal person her age would understand that. But she still acts like she's in a high school anime club.

Absolutely nothing in Kingdom Hearts fits her headcanon. It's just her new Bleach. Instead of Rukia, she's Sora/Roxas/Vanitas depending on the phases of the moon. She's moved up the line to what appears to be the Kingdom Hearts version of Shadow the Hedgehog. How mature.

It also looks like Vanitas enjoys terrorizing Aqua in Birth By Sleep and hurting her friends. Perfect for Pixy. Someone who has no friends because she's a terrible person. She couldn't have picked a better skinwalk.

I forgot to post this awhile back. Someone cowtipped and asked Pixy if she's ever been tested for autism. I'm actually surprised this didn't result in a rant from Pixy about how she wasn't autistic and was a man you will not harm. She calls out the dumbest things no one would even think of caring about. So I'm surprised this one got glossed over. Maybe the 'tism hits too close to home.

She's posted before about how she thinks she might have an STD. There's probably a lot of chronic inflammation down there that is exacerbated by bad hygiene. Although I assume you need to be infection free before getting an IUD because it could spread the infection. Although I'm not sure. Maybe it's her urine leakage from all those UTIs. I would not be surprised if she thought she'd meet a bunch of twinks that look straight out of a Squenix game or KPop band. I can't remember if it was last year or the year before but there was some misunderstanding with a drag queen at a pride event and that might be one of the reasons she doesn't want to go back.
