Seems to follow a similar pattern: starts with a Caesar Cipher shift for the first few lines (like slungus22 has written), then for that current shift applies another encrypt (in his old thread he used Vigenère, with the key being a Caesar Cipher shift for the word "threads"), then done again for the remainder.

Can't be bothered any longer to find out, but that's most likely how you solve it completely.
