I think the level of personal insult he regards this as is so severe that he simply can't grasp it, the way you can't really grasp the thing hitting you in the face until after the blow has been struck. Greer doesn't have a very strong spirit, I believe he is in a pattern of denial/avoidance/self-destructive filings. Basically he treats the court like a public school disciplinary process chaired by a very distant teacher. I am given to suspect he will not appear for the hearing, and then file a motion to reschedule the conference (after all of Hardin's motions are granted unopposed and entered into PACER) because he was busy driving Lyft at the time so he could afford the coffee so he could loiter in the Starbuck and (ab)use the wifi so he could go into the Zoom conference without ATT busting his balls about a data cap. Also he is disabled, but not the good kind like you want, nor the way you'd think from reading his filings.
