Just a reminder that if the hail mary pass is somehow caught and the responsible users are identified and dragged into this mess...the end result is Greer now has two more lawyers he needs to deal with when already he can't make his deadlines just responding to one. He ALREADY doesn't have time to identify if his witnesses are dead or alive. He's already fucking up so much he's been sanctioned.

The degree to which this whole thing is "the process is the punishment" is super apparent and I hope the hearing is the end of it.

5 days from now. May 6th.

Did Russell just wake up yesterday and randomlly decide that he needed to get the identifying information for two John Doe's? Why yesterday specifically? His brain is so jumbled and out of order, its fascinating.
Maybe he finally made enough money to pay ChatGPT to write him up a case plan or something.

Or maybe he thinks "April 30th sounds like it was a month ago, then I can claim I'm still waiting on Kiwi Farms to look these guys in the phonebook for me, so we need to delay for uh, reasons."

Actually, lets be honest, it's Russ. He's thinking "WhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhoresWhores"

I hope everyone here figured out why Hardin did not oppose Russhole's amended pleading.

Remember that Napoleon thing?

Boy that pawn takes pawn thing that he thought was such a good move sure fucked Russhole up the ass.

Hail mary passes are usually pretty ineffective two years (I think) after the game ended. I'm almost positive that the statute of limitations has long since passed on those two. Unless he is just claiming they have information relevant to his case in which case it would have helped if he told Hardin what that info might be.

To my understanding this means Russel can't get proof of direct infringement which he needs before he can prove contributory infringement.

I thought it was just cause Russ effectively gave everyone a mulligan in dealing with his russtarded assface, including the Judge (who might not be willing to let him get away with shit again). Is there... more delights coming our way?

I'm not so sure about this line.

"Dear Judge, please recall that Greer is late and gay on this motion, when you rule on how incredibly tardy and homosexual his sole discovery request is."

I admire Hardin's restraint here. I would have been shouting it in all caps at the top of the paragraph explaining that Greer suddenly thinks he deserves an expedited response.

I'm slightly confused but I assume it's me. Why is the request from Russell formatted like a filing instead of an email? Was that filed as 274 and I'm turned around or is Russ doing something sketchy and odd here?

Because Greer decided to format it that way.

Ecf 274 was Null's renewed motion to dismiss

I think this was his attempt at aping Hardin's requests for production. If you look at Mr. Hardin's first Request for Production here he includes the header that would be included in a regular filing, followed by TO: Russell Greer. Russ just stripped out the 'instruction' and 'definitions' sections for reasons that could come back to bite him if Bennett does not want to tard guard anymore.

I'm going to be shocked as shit when russtard@protonmail.com and joseph.martelli@nigge.rs don't yield results.

I'm glad that Hardin is fighting this since it will lead to trauma lumps (and gave me something to read for 5 minutes), but I almost think it would've been funnier/more efficient to just comply with the request. I mean I get not doing it, because fuck this faggoty retarded ass clown, but I would've just said, sure, here you go you dumb faggot. Go to town.
He's gonna try to serve them via email isn't he? Lol lol lol lol

Even if discovery wasn't stayed, is this even proper for discovery? I'd have thought the mechanism for locating additional parties to a lawsuit used a different way of doing things.
It's probably the first step. But the problem is if he wanted it to work, he did it wrong and I'm not gonna tell him why.
