Gout also manifests by painful swelling in your joints, but his evidence for having gout was that his whole foot was swollen (which, by the looks of it, it hardly wasn't) - it's pretty obvious visually when somebody has gotten themselves gout because of just how badly the joints will swell up

DSP's evidence for himself having gout is shaky at best but I'm willing to believe he has it just because of how horrible his lifestyle is along with what we've seen him eat.

If he doesn't have it now, give it a few years.

I don't think he'd know what a vegetable is if it weren't for Leanna.

Gout is characterized by extreme (and I mean extreme) pain in the affected area. So much so that a breeze of wind or the soft movement of a sock can feel like a hot poker. It'll leave the biggest tough guy shaking in pain, that's how bad it can be. Now what do we know about Phil? Lots of things, but chief among them is that he's a lying, hypochondriac baby bitch boy. And he uses it to portray himself as a victim for pity bux. If he had actual gout, he would be whining about it 24/7 on Twitter and in his vlogs. Non-fucking-stop.

So his foot got a little swollen and painful at one point. Phil's response? I HAVE GOUT. GIVE ME MONEY SO I CAN FEEL BETTER.

Same with his back. He milked that shit for as long as possible, until he couldn't really effectively use it for pity bux. Though he used it as an excuse for why he's such a lazy shit for years. Of course he's since brushed it off like its nothing; only to bring it back up afterwards. But that's to be expected when one can't keep the litany of lies they weave straight.

He really is a vile piece of shit. And for the legit snorting issue and chronic sore throat and sleep apnea he doesnt get checked out. He claims to have health insurance but he never fucking uses it.

Mostly he complains about how expensive insurance is but if he's paying so much he should at least use it because that's what he's paying for.

He has as much gout as he has a herniated disc, meaning he hit his foot on the bed or something and called it gout, he sleept in a bad possition and woke up with a hurting back and called it herniated disc.
Just a bunch of exaggerations so he don't have to do excessive heavy work.

He claimed the main reason for not fixing his herniated disc back in CT, was because it would cost him $10 000+, he gets a ton of injuries that supposedly cost a fortune to fix and hopes that Patreon is going to get overflowed with donations, more than it actually cost.

He makes enough online playing video games terribly to afford a decent insurance plan. Did he buy a bronze tier marketplace plan with a crazy deductible or something? If the plan is good, why even bother with insurance if you're too lazy to use it?

I guess if he went to the doctor he'd have to come face to face with the fact that he's killing himself with his lifestyle, and we all know how much Phil likes to deny reality.
Imagine the salt he'd spew at his PCP.

Im waiting for him to try and apply for disability but I wonder if his You Tubey career wouldnt really count towards work credits, also he sits all the time anyway.

If Phil is on a high deductible insurance plan, then medical visits can get ridiculous. One visit for pneumonia last year cost me 20 times what I paid for the antibiotics to treat it. Doesn't change the fact that he needs to get his ass checked out and listen to what his doctor says if he wants to live past 40. However, he'll probably claim that he knows his own body better than someone who went to med school and call him an idiot.

Phil probably does have gout, the risk is mostly genetic. My best friend has it and when he's having an attack his foot hardly looks swollen, but it hurts the hell out of him. Apparently the biggest risk factor from diet is drinking a lot of beer or liquor. You guys were saying Phil drinks a lot of gin, do we know how much/often he drinks?

I don't know about now but when he lived in CT he said himself he would drink gin every night. In his video where he tossed the amiibo in trash a couple months ago there was a empty gin bottle in trash. His ex friends also said he used to like drunk text them at 3am with unreadable texts and abuse towards them.

I can't believe that a man that owns a BMW and a house in a gated community would go with a high-deductible plan. He should be able to afford something better. Then again this is Phil, he doesn't have much in the common-sense department.

Oh I could buy him picking such a shit plan since he never plans. Him then deciding to never use it on crippling problems is just his own way of I guess killing himself.
