Agree. First, I don’t think there were any women offered to ralphy in the first place. I think Hunter and his squad clocked him as a loser with a capital L on day one, and he was ghosted after that, then kicked out after a couple of days hanging around the apartment.

Second, I don’t think the ralphapeepee even works at this point. I don’t think fatty is capable of banging anyone, male or female, even if offered up (which they weren’t.) Sad case.

I think it's up for serious debate whether Ralph would have sex with a woman without his shirt on ever again. He's incredibly self-conscious about the way he looks and he somehow looks worse than ever since he lost weight.

You could argue his poohole huffing instincts overwhelm his need to hide his grotesque form, but Ralph ain't got that dog in him anymore. He's 40 years old, yet looks 60. He's juiced to the gills with every "forget me now" pill available at the Mexican pharmacy as well as the whole drinking problem he's definitely sober from. Plus all the anxiety and paranoia he has before drugs even come into play.

I think the only way he takes his shirt off for sex is if he's completely zonked, but all evidence indicates Ralph becomes a sleepyboy when that happens.
