What strikes me as odd is that he requested a whole month off. Why not a week? Why does he need a whole extra month, if only one day is inconvenient?
Forget a week. Why not Wednesday, if Tuesday is no good? If he's INSISTING that he has until the 12th to respond, then why not the 12th? He can bring his response with him to the zoom meeting.

I thought he asked for that cause he just wants to toss the motion to dismiss into the hearing and he hasn't gotten around to writing a response yet, since he only ever submits filing two hours after the deadline and not a second sooner.
That's 6 days after the hearing. One week would have suited him just fine.

Russ' signature is gradually getting ready to flap it's wings and fly away.

I thought the received wisdom of this thread was that everything filed after the hearing was scheduled would be automatically bundled into, what was it called, the "omnibus hearing." 🤔

Plaintiff Russell Greer Plaintiff Russell Greer's emergency motion should be denied for the following reasons: fuck you shitlips, I need my dose of funny right now straight into my veins, I'm not waiting another month for this amazing standup comedy show.

Yeah you're right, maybe he just thinks a month is the default extension time. Though if I'm right about Greer going out to buy a brothel, and not just go to one to bring a woman to Olive Garden, then obviously he'd need some time to get things up and running in the middle of the desert. Cause that's something he could totally pull off.

Shitlips. Couple of things.

1) Where is the evidence of this critical and immovable business meeting? Do you not think it would be prudent to show the Judge something other than "dude, trust me"?

2) If you already committed to the hearing date, why didn't you tell Mr Thursday to fuck off?

Greer, you drooling bastard, I already put in for time off for me to attend your hearing. You can damn well do the same!

There is no way Russell "5 years dreaming about building a brothel" Greer suddenly picked up a legitimate business meeting right on the exact day he's being called to account for himself.
