I'm reminded of when Karl played a clip of Billy saying that Karl was misleading people and that the complaint had nothing to do with video games. Then Karl UM AKSHUALLYed him by showing that Billy introduces himself in the complaint as a video game high score competitor. I don't know what conclusion Karl wants me to draw from this, other than the complaint is about video games.
I don't understand how people don't seem to notice that he declares in that video, after Billy explains his position, that "everything he just told is a lie".
In logical terms, it's like writing ¬P.
At the same time, Karl argues that he was fair, because he showed P.
If I declare: the Earth is NOT round.
I cannot defend myself, when I'm accused of being a retard, arguing that I technically said that "the Earth is
NOT round".
A proposition cannot simultaneously have the same truth value as its negation.
P≠¬P.
The Earth is round ≠ The Earth is not round.
If Joe says: The light is on. P=1.
And Jane says: What Joe said is a lie. ¬(P=1)
Jane is saying that the light is off. P=0.
If you then go see the light and find that it is on, Jane lied.
It is basic logic. He demonstrably lied. And he knows this, because he went to college to study Computer Science and this is the first lesson of the first class on Boolean algebra and Venn diagrams.
