the independents seem to have had more votes this year overall compared to previous years. No anecdotal data but just a feeling. Hoping that the independants force labors hand a bit more this year.

No matter how bad the election may be, seeing Adam Bandt lose would instantly make it worth it for me. Labor is actually gaining votes from what I saw.
If the Greens lose this, they will lose all 4 of their seats they held, and it doesn't look too likely they are winning any more.

When they send you the letter asking you to explain why you didn't vote, you just write one back saying "Prove it." and post it in the prepaid self-addressed envelope they helpfully include. It's so stupidly easy to get away with never voting I don't understand how people keep fucking it up.

Per capita we have more jeets and chinks than them. and if you look at the demographics there are more young nonwhites in Australia then there are whites under 50, Most whites are over 50 in Australia. it's been over for a while in the lucky country.
