No worries. As you noted, the fact that this is a civil case, if anything, cuts against him because he has an affirmative obligation to disclose evidence to the opposing party. Idk why lil bro thinks he can understand the law while having no legal education nor having access to important legal databases/websites (f.e. ones with legal commentary works regarding the relevant laws). Ive studied law for 5 years in a european country and yet outside of the basics I only truely now my field of practice well, and bro thinks he is an expert in procedural law by at most reading some wikipedia articles. @Destiny for most laws, there is important literature/judication on how it is interpreted, and the interpretation typically varies from case to case (tho tbf, in procedural law not as much as in material law). Why tf do you think you can on your own interprete it correctly when most ppl need a degree from a university + years of experience to exactly know what to do. When i got out of law school, i had no clue on how to try a case in court, since factual knowledge about procedural law doesnt negate the need to practice and experience court processes on your own. Thats also ehy you typically need a law degree and certain years of practice before you can become a lawyer, since ppl fresh out of law school dont really know what to do. And you didnt even go to law school.

They do not require authentication (i.e., you do not need to be logged into a Discord account) and they do not require authorization (i.e., your Discord account does not need to be granted specific permissions to view the media). Therefore, these links are public. Destiny is aware of this and regularly uses discord to share images/videos in DGG.
