Gee Dubs and the community don't have a consistent stand on this one. In Helsreach, Jonathan Keeble affected an Afro-Caribbean accent for Sergeant V'Reth and Richard Boylan portrayed him accordingly. This guy forgot that black people who "make it" move out of the ghetto and into the White suburbs. They'll talk about the "culture," but wouldn't be caught dead in a black neighborhood after 6pm.
