8 hours of continuous sleep is not something I have taken for decades. in the pop up show festival economy, 72 hour shifts get pulled twice a month, grabbing short sleeps when you can. in general, i sleep 3-5 hours at night and try to get 1-3 in the daytime.
And you do how many of those in a year?
You can just say you're an old man. That's an old man's sleep schedule.
