"I can't catch a break!" says the man who was gambling and which Casino let him go down to mid/low 30K's and rebound 4-5 times above 40K (to 43K actually), and then low 20K to rebound several times to low/mid 30's.

I got reading about gambling addiction and I suspect that the casinos choose not to let their whale players win that big, because most will end up loosing it all in a few days anyway, and that’s often a sobering moment for these guys and leads to them getting the help they need.
