I noticed there was a Schwab portrait the other day while browsing the mod files, how does Schwab come to power and where does his content diverge away from NAFO EU? Could he be a post-2EW victory path? It does reference an Agenda 2040.

You need to take the focuses "Techno-Utopian Ideal" and "The corporate focus" in the NAFO EU political tree, afterwards you'll get a mission named "Corporate coup imminent" to succeed you need to either appoint Schwab as minister or finish the economy tree, if you fail, Schwab coups you. Schwab doesn't have any content at the moment beyond switching your ideology to AuthDem and a couple new ministers.

I used the command console to get America into the Great Asian War, next thing I know Japan is communist and Europe is cracked.

As funny as this would be, most of the time Russia starts the war in 2025~, meaning Grisha is 20 years old and he would have likely been conscripted already or enlisted voluntarily in the military (the latter being more probable considering he's openly a Russian nationalist).
