It’s easy to look up when you know the physical address. The fees are around 300-400 and property tax 1600. She can always make a few extra bucks by renting out her parking space since neither bum have a vehicle or drive.

I'd have killed for fees and taxes that low when I lived in a little condo. She (or her mother?) made a great investment. It's small, but perfectly laid out for a single woman.

Hard to contain a violent crackhead in that small space, though. I can't imagine how hard it was for her mother to be jammed in that condo with two other people, both rude chain smokers, and one of whom was a methed-out rapist.

The neighbors have been in hell, too. It's a small building, so everyone will know about the loud smoker weirdos.

The condo was bought by her in 2013 and is now valued at 248G. Her mother did live down the street from her though.
