It’s just autism but the lack of empathy is real and it’s what I dislike most about the little worm. He gets the idea of being good to others and can vaguely go through the motions, but the actual care and concern are missing and it’s so offputting to anyone left of x-rays on the spectrum. Oh, please. Firstly sociopath =! psychopath even though they both are lumped into Antisocial Personality Disorder. First is openly violent, second has a short fuse, but doesn't actively looking for trouble. And by God, Chibi is none of those, he is just self-centered and narcissistic. Picking one single event from his behavior just to prove he is a psychopath is a bad idea, since we all here done some shit from the list one or several times. If the person has good caretakers who can teach them to self-educate they can do a lot since they have no downside of getting bored by repetition and "practice makes perfect". First point, he basically has no regards for social norms in Japan, which is funny considering he acts like he knows everything.
