And I was talking in terms of Kurt needing to realize that these people can’t hurt him emotionally unless he consents to that. I have no opinion on what he should or should not do legally/procedurally. But on an emotional level, I would like to see Kurt internalize the fact that he doesn’t have to allow anyone the power to hurt him. The YouTube TOS report function is quasi anonymous (although it is recorded to your account), and Nick is pretty clearly abusing/ harassing people. That's not like reporting dmca violations, which is a parallel process on YouTube, but should only be done by the copyright holder.
