This isn't entirely Chris' fault. Someone at Lego (or whoever is running that site) has also fucked up. Yes, Chris should know better than to dox himself like this by now, but whoever at Lego who failed to strip the EXIF from images uploaded by children and also put them in a publicly browsable directory should damn well know better. Chris is an idiot. Website developers are supposed to be professionals.

If you're really concerned:
Convert your pics to some EXIF free format like .bmp, and then back to .jpg before uploading them.
There are more sophisticated ways of stripping the EXIF data, but this brute force method is pretty easy and foolproof even for someone with limited computing skills.

irfanview can strip exif data, you can also disable geotagging on your phone or camera

some towns and counties make property info and other public info available online, you might be able to find out who actually owns that house that way
It's enough just knowing Chris' current address. We don't need to know who actually owns the property. Doubtless they already have enough problems just being Chris' landlord and don't deserve any weenery.
In other words, he could be in pretty much any house at the end of that street...
Look at the roof lines. We can eliminate most of the local homes from consideration because their roofs don't match the gable ceiling we see in Chris' uploaded pics.

Chris might be browsing. :ween:

I'm not completely sure if he deleted his whole gallery, it just doesn't appear to me anymore when I click the link. Maybe he already saw about his auto-dox?

Huh, seems like he deleted all the pictures. Or maybe they have privacy settings or something.

No, they're still there. Just change the filter settings from Featured to All Missions.

Maybe nobody cares, but the original large image is here: https://theawesomealliance.lego.com/media/gallery_images/756b9c90-86ec-465a-8679-e07334c5bbc6.JPG

The exif data is complete.

Taken with Apple iPhone 4 on March 25, 2014 6:28 PM. The GPS coordinates for the photo are 38.191906, -78.386672. And here is the google maps location for that house. https://www.google.com/maps/place/38°11'30.9"N 78°23'12.0"W/@38.191906,-78.386672,720m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x0

Hm, I actually think they live in that house - there are 3 cars in front of it, the others have only one or two. So it's likely Charb moved in with someone who already lived there... there's one more unlucky person on earth, now.

When summer rolls around, Chris can lounge luxuriously on the beach of that lake, wearing his finest tomgirl bikini and slurping Pina Coladas.

It's not too far away from the Chandler house so hopefully the same person who does the occasional drive-bys could swing by there to see if we recognize the vehicles.

I had an odd thought. I wonder what it would be like to shrink oneself and explore the shadowy realm inside of that "replica" of Manchester High with a flashlight? (Or more realistically, use an endoscope? Normally to see the interior, you have to take it apart.)

Also, while I was out doing my errands yesterday, I happened to see the "Heartlake High" set in the "girly" section of the Lego® section at a local store, and I couldn't help but think "this is what Chris used to make that 'replica'".

On the bottom left lego pieces of the lego high school you can see some smoke soot on the lego bricks that he only half ass wiped off.
I dunno, trying to identify specific types of Chandler dirt is a hopeless task. It could just as easily be from being wrapped in dog pee newspapers during the move or something.

Oh! The other day at Target, I saw a display for the Heartlake High Set, just one set. That set is SO TINY. It's like, the size of a shoebox? Chris HAD to have bought seven or eight to make his massive high school. I was really surprised how tiny the original set was.

Why didn't he just build his dream school using the bricks he had? I had tons and tons of Lego Star Wars ships back in the day, but all the pieces got jumbled up.

I guess he wanted all the gal-pal figurines.

It still bothers me how Sonichu and Rosechu look in Lego form though. Both of their heads are just so fucking huge and monstrous.

Because that would require actual creativity. And making anything more creative than a sonic recolor causes him to crash into slumber.
