Having just tried to help one of those aformentioned useless white people get on the waiting list? Yeah, it is a bit of a PITA and there's about a 12-18 month waiting list because of so many wetbacks. And I'm in a deep red state without a massive ag industry. I can't imagine how bad it is someplace like WA or CA.
