Exactly, it's annoying and potentially costly, but if it escalates then Josh won't be able to ignore it.

IF it comes to legal action, Josh's counter argument is automatically 'well they are scamming bastards, your honour, and I motion for a mistrial and for these creatures to answer for their actions.'

You know that people are losing hard when they have to resort to dirty tactics.

I may be insane, but I'd run through a brick wall for the right people.

What im saying is that Josh has been dealing with bullshit DMCAs and lawsuits for a long, long, long while.
Hes an expert in them.
This isnt even the first time some fucking t*rk has sent him bullshit dmcas over "onlyfans" content(that one roach that had virtual office in UK few years back), only to DMCA an entire page/entire thread when the page/thread isnt even entirely about the onlyfanscunt.

doesn't the dmca say that only the rights holder or a legal representative of the rights holder is allowed to send valid takedown notices?

if these aren't from a lawyer that's representing the person in question, do you really have to follow them?

That's why we've got to stick by the main man.

Josh should not have to put up with this crap, he's also got the OFCOM bollocks to contend with as well.
