I don't keep up with the yaniv cinematic universe so this could be nothing, I don't know, but here you go.
Seems ~5mo old but did not see this link posted.

Given that Jonboy has had genital warts, has no penis or cervix but is a likely to have HPV he is worthy of the name Chiefly Idiopathic.
Given his extreme fetish about menstruation and tampons it is not super hard to figure out how he got a STD.
This did not involve human contact of sexual acts. It just involved complete degeneracy.

Update on the foreclosure saga - Fat-man-no-dick responded to Alta West. In typical Jon fashion, he's playing victim, playing disabled, playing retard, making contradictory statements, and blaming everyone but himself. MMOnline has a write-up, breakdown of the response, and a PDF from the court.

Anyone know what the next legal actions might be and possible timeline for the final showdown?
If he's going to end up homeless, I would rather it be this side of a bitterly cold Christmas.

It never fails to impress me how poorly JY plans out and implements his scams. Does he honestly think he has the slightest chance to evade the hammer coming down on him for skipping multiple months of his mortgage with drivel like this?

I can only think he knows he's fucked in the short term and is long term planning to sue the lenders and pray for a "go away" settlement. If so, he's still losing his pigwam so I am content to soak in the schadenfreude.

That is as funny as fuck.

He's relying on what he thinks are "gotchas" where in actual fact, he owes a shit load of money and refuses to accept that the only deal on the table isn't something with 0.001% interest and bondage gear thrown in as a sweetener.

The foreclosure process is outlined here: BC Foreclosure Process

  1. Foreclosure Petition
  2. Response to Foreclosure Petition
  3. Hearing --> Order Nisi
  4. Redemption Period
  5. Forced sale or Absolute Order of Foreclosure
The next step is the hearing.

The outcome of that hearing will be an order. It will give Yaniv some time to "redeem" the mortgage - usually the intention is to permit the owner the opportunity to either raise funds (find an alternative lending source) or sell the home themselves to pay off the debt.

Alta West is a "last-chance" lender that lends to higher-risk borrowers. They do not have the ability to access CMHC (government-backed) mortgage default insurance, and therefore limit their loans to the 80% assessed-value and stupid-high interest rates. Jon was stuck with them because he already defaulted on a traditional lender who refused to renew his mortgage and (extrapolating here) was at risk of being foreclosed upon before signing with Alta West.

As for step 4 above - in the initial Petition, Alta West has specifically asked that the redemption period end one single day after the Order Nisi is granted, and then move immediately to an Absolute Order of Foreclosure. This would give them almost immediate ownership of the property, and the next step would be for them to evict Jon from the property. With a bailiff/sheriff if required.

Jon's unhinged and contradictory reply - one that he used an online pro-bono legal service to help draft - isn't going to help him in any way. He admitted to defaulting. He admitted to knowing who Alta West is just a few paragraphs after declaring he had no idea who Alta West is. He admitted to having a pattern of defaulting. He is trying to blame his (so-called) hearing impairment on his inability to understand the mortgage contract - even though he can read and is a super-legal-eagle-law-student.

The only way that Jon is getting out of this is to pay off the mortgage. He's already with a last-chance lender, and nobody else will touch his mortgage as he's a shitty loan customer with a nearly 100% chance of defaulting.

Ergo - Jon will lose his apartment. It's just a matter of when. Will the court give him a 6-month redemption period? Will the court grant the Absolute Order right away? How long will it take to schedule the hearing? My guess? If we say 30 days, Jon will be homeless either in June (no redemption period) or December (6-month redemption period).

The fun part is going to be when he's asked about the whereabouts of all this "mortgage money" he's not been paying.

If he claims he can afford to pay a mortgage, the money should still be sat there waiting.
If it's not, then he would likely disqualify himself from even doing a renewal deal.

Wonder if he's going to turn up to the hearing in a wheelchair, fake a diabetic episode and pull the fire alarm?

One thing you can be sure of us that he's going to drag poor Rexy in there pretending it's a service dog as usual and get in a slapfightvwith the court clerk at the very least.

Hell he might throw a huge wobbler in an attempt to get tossed out and the hearing re-scheduled. And repeat...and repeat....

Jon paid some fines and a judgement earlier this year. That money probably came from the reversals he did in December and January. There's also the various trips to/from the Island in Jon's stalking adventures. I'm sure there's a bunch of dining out, because we know that fatty just can't eat healthy. I'm sure the rest went to booze and tampons.

I'm not sure his presence is even required at the hearing. The court is just going to look at Alta West's proposal, then Jon's, and then make a decision. Jon has to pay the lender. I bet, however, Jon's behavior and composure will influence the court's decision around redemption period.

Does Canada have a version of sovereign citizens? Because I could see Jon going that route at some point. Especially as losses in court pile up.
Canada has SovCit retards and they're as aggravating as the American version. @AnOminous recently linked a Canadian case where a judge was so sick of sovcit bullshit that he paved the road to dealing with them, if I recall correctly.

I'm placing a bet on Jon showing up and experiencing some kind of "medical emergency", something like an acute exacerbation of terminal chronic stupidity, to delay the hearing.

Looks like Jon needs a new grift, and FAST! He'll be screwed unless he can manage sounding the alarm on social media about "a helpless trans activist person is being evicted, donate to the cause!" I suspect he's tried that several times in the past and has worn out his welcome with even his own kind, the crazy gender-bullshit crowd.

You forgot Metis, I'll almost bet money he'll add that to the grift even if he was smart enough not to mention it to the court because it's bullshit.
