So her server is not for minors. Her server is NSFW. But it's ok if there is no method to validate the ages of those in her server.
For someone acting so concerned about interacting with minors, she has no problem in creating a situation where children can just join and erp with her. If anything, it appears she is against validating her users ages and wants to make it clear she isn't the one doing the work of creating a clean and safe erotic roleplay server.
As far as we are aware, Emily has never attempted to confirm if she was interacting with a child as she makes no effort to check their ages. There has never been an incident of a minor "sneaking on and causing Adults problems" because she will take anyone who is willing to tolerate her schizo babble.
Now you may consider her retardation and that she may be technologically inept and doesn't know how to set up and configure a bot to simplify the process. Nope.
She is fully aware she could mitigate her concerns about minors and yet she chooses not to. She leaves the proverbial door open for anyone of any age to join her NSFW server of porn addicts. Seems like predatory behaviour to me.

Do keep in mind that the bots were set up by the previous owner of the server, and in the case of Nexuria Emily messed up roles and permissions so badly that Astral had to spend hours fixing/undoing the trainwreck that Emily created (on top of all of the other lore-related work and writing they did for free). This is very likely a case of both retardation and skill issues.

I think when you look back at what she has and hasn't done, we can say with confidence that she has never attempted to set up a verification bot and it is not even a consideration or a priority to her. For all her incessant screeching, not once has she asked anyone for advice or help on the matter. And when she shows her search history, we don't see any attempts to research a solution to this. Not even a google search.
It's not even a difficult process to set up and there are guides. What we are seeing here is pure laziness at best yet she has the manic energy to screech about minors on DA all day.

It's pretty clear from this conversation that if there was evidence of a minor, and they were being abused, her priority would be to hide it as quickly as possible. We know she is very accepting of pedophilia; and has both dated and enabled a man convicted of it to access the internet and shows signs of being a pedophile herself through her art (drawings of children in provocative poses).
